Hearing this, Amitabha Buddha on the opposite side stopped thinking, looked up at the Buddha's mother, and said, "We don't need to pay attention to this disaster, otherwise we will cause trouble, and the gains outweigh the losses." It turned out that Amitabha also guessed that the great disaster was caused by Hongjun, so he was quite afraid, so he decided not to ignore it.
When the Buddha's mother hears this, she is a little reluctant. You should know that the great disaster of heaven and earth often has great interests. If she gives up, the mother of Buddha is naturally a little unwilling. Therefore, the Buddha's mother asked, "Why is my brother like this?"
Amitabha took a look at the Buddha's mother, opened his mouth to speak, but stopped. Finally, he just said, "Brother, this catastrophe is very strange. We still don't intervene rashly to avoid getting into trouble. Isn't that person, interpretation and interception of the three teachings also born? Why do we have to be such a leader?"
The Buddha's mother took a deep look at Amitabha Buddha. Just now, Amitabha Buddha's actions were all seen in her eyes, and she naturally found that it was wrong. However, the Buddha's mother did not delve into it. Since Amitabha did not say it, there is naturally a reason for him.
Thinking of this, the Buddha's mother nodded and said, "Since I have made a decision, I will fully support it." After saying that, there was a trace of unwillingness on his face.
Amitabha took a look at the Buddha's mother, sighed in his heart, and thought, "Alas! Brother! [Brother] This great disaster was presided over by Daozu himself, but we can't provoke it!" Thinking about it, Amitabha said to the Buddha's mother, "I'm sorry to inform Shakyamuni Buddha and order him to restrain many disciples. Don't get involved in the great disaster and ruin my Buddhist luck again." With that, Amitabha shook his head and sighed, but he thought of the journey to the west.
During the previous journey to the west, Buddhism suffered heavy losses. Huangfengling was difficult to break the Lingji Bodhisattva among the four Bodhisattvas, which greatly damaged the luck of Buddhism. After that, Maitreya Buddha was also cut off one arm by the Virgin of Wudang during the Huangfengling War, and her body was damaged. So far, Maitreya Buddha has not recovered her vitality.
After that, although there was no human death in Buddhism, it lost its face and became the laughingstock of the immortals, and its prestige was greatly reduced.
In the end, there was a disaster in Lion Camel Ridge. Eleven people were killed by the 18 arhats of Buddhism, and two of the four King Kongs were also killed. Five hundred Buddhas were almost killed and injured. In addition, several people were seriously injured, which can be said to be a heavy loss. When she first heard about the disaster of the Lion Camel Ridge, the Buddha's mother was furious and wanted to go to Tongtian Lihui. Fortunately, Amitabha persuaded him.
Amitabha Buddha can see it clearly. At this point, what can he do even if he goes to Tongtian? Is it possible that you still have to fight with Tongtian? Think about it and forget it. Moreover, the agreement between Shakyamuni Buddha and the Virgin Mary of the Turtle Spirit does not mention these. In this way, it can only be blamed that Shakyamuni Buddha did not have enough mind to see through the true meaning of the Virgin Mary of the Turtle Spirit.
