Coach Legend

49 Second Invitation

By December, George was able to walk slowly, of course, without crutches. Most of the time, George still sits in a wheelchair and enjoys the scenery outside.

"Little York, aren't you busy now?" Miranda almost took charge of the hospital at first and rented a bed in the hospital. Only after George's health has been much better recently did he leave the bed. Even so, Miranda also comes to the hospital every day.

Miranda pushed the wheelchair and hummed without knowing what song she was singing. Hearing George's words, he bent down slightly and put his head on George's shoulder. Brother George, I said you shouldn't be angry."

George looked at Miranda acting coquettishly, smiled, and then nodded.

"I have asked the school for a year's leave." Miranda whispered in George's ear.

"What?" George hurriedly turned his head. You have been suspended from school.

Miranda didn't say anything, but sang something there. Of course, George would not blame Miranda, but was deeply moved. Of course, George understood that Miranda was suspended because of his own car accident.

George is now in a sanatorium because he is recuperating. There are mountains and water, flowers and grass. Of course, most of them are made by hand. But even so, George thinks it's very beautiful here.

It's just that the weather in the UK is too bad. It's too difficult to have a sunny day.

"George." George, who was enjoying the rare sunshine, was disturbed by this sound.

George turned around doubtfully, because the voice was strange. Since George's car accident, the people who came to see George are basically quite familiar people. But this sound is very strange.

"Mr. Walker? How did you get here?" George was shocked because the person who came was Jack Walker, a steel tycoon.

A month after George's car accident, Jack Walker called George. However, at that time, the doctor prohibited George from making and answering the phone, which almost had very strict regulations on George's life. Therefore, George's phone was answered by Miranda.

"George, I'm a little late for you to have such a big deal." Jack Walker, like the previous one, is very bold. With that, he looked at Miranda next to George.

"Little York, you should know this one. Mr. Walker, this is my sister, Miranda York. Little York, you go back first." George simply introduced it to the two of them.

After Miranda simply greeted Jack Walker, she left where she was, leaving George and Jack Walker.

"Thank you for coming to see me, Mr. Walker." Although George rejected Jack Walker's invitation last time, he felt quite good about Jack Walker.

Jack Walker shook his head, gently pushed the wheelchair to the back, and walked to a place to sit down.

"George, when will you recover?" Jack Walker sat next to George and asked George as if he were in a normal conversation.

"It should be until April next year."

"Do you know the current situation of Burnley?"

George smiled bitterly and said, "The doctor told me that I can't accept stimulation recently. So I don't get in touch with any news about football. I'm timid, so I obediently listen to the doctor.

Jack Walker nodded and did not continue the topic.

"However, Mr. Walker. I know that Burnley should not be able to upgrade this year. Although they didn't tell me, every time the club came, I could see their frowns. In fact, although George didn't ask them, every time he looked at the expressions of Carl Pat and Evan Sawyer, he had already guessed.

Jack Walker was not surprised and nodded with a smile. He hesitated for a moment and still said, "George, I know it's dangerous to say this now, but I still want to send you an invitation. Burnley will be in the First Division next year. Do you really want to waste your youth and time?

"Didn't Kidd just become the head coach of Blackburn?" George asked Jack Walker.

Speaking of which, Kidd is not a nobody, but Ferguson's assistant coach. He used to be the main striker of Manchester United. When he defeated Benfica in the Champions League final in 1968, he scored a goal in overtime.

Later, Kidd became Ferguson's assistant coach and helped Ferguson win the long-lost league championship. After the establishment of the Premier League, it helped Ferguson make Manchester United the hegemon of the Premier League.

After Dalglish left, the first choice for Jack Walker was George. But after George refused, Jack Walker found Kidd. According to history, Kidd became Blackburn's head coach in 1998, but because of Ray Sharpford's early resignation and Dalglish's departure, Blackburn also found Kidd two years early.

Kidd is unwilling to continue to live under Ferguson and wants to break into the world. He was almost in a beat with Blackburn, so Summer Kidd became Blackburn's new coach.

"George, I'm not afraid of your jokes. Blackburn is now a few places higher than the relegation zone. Since Dalglish, we have never found a suitable coach. I think you are the most suitable."

George didn't answer Jack Walker's words, just smiled. I never thought about coaching Blackburn George, but George was very moved by the sincerity of Jack Walker.

Jack Walker, an English rich man, repeatedly invited George. It was impossible for George not to have a trace of excitement in his heart.

Seeing what George looked like, Jack Walker already understood. So I also changed the topic and talked about some easy topics with George. After chatting for about half an hour, Jack Walker left.

"Brother George, why did he come to you?" Miranda pushed George into the ward and curled her lips and asked.

"What do you think?"

"I think he must have taken a fancy to Brother George, because you are the best football coach." Miranda is as proud as she is praising herself.

"How can you praise yourself so much?" George also laughed.

However, before the two entered the house, they heard someone calling George from behind.

"Coach Levy, I'm sorry to bother you." A very beautiful voice stopped George and Miranda.

The two looked back and the person who came in a beautiful red skirt looked at George with a smile. George said in surprise, "Miss Ameick, why is it you?"
