Be thrifty is the key to cultivating the truth.

Beware of the internal and external three levels. In the three levels, the nature does not change, the qi does not change the essence, and the spirit does not go out; the three levels outside, the ears do not listen, the eyes do not look at, and the mouth does not bully the heart.
