The Legend of Heaven

Analysis of Taoist Cultivation

Dan Dao and Qigong

Many people know Dandao from Qigong, but there is a big difference between Dandao and Qigong. It should be said that the name Qigong is not good. It is too broad and can be stuffed into anything. Moreover, most of the Qigong levels are too low now, and there are too many ideas used, which is easy to deviate or have other problems. Qigong can be said to be the basic stage of Dandao. Because the foundation of Dandao is a healthy body and abundant spirit. Qigong is generally practiced by patients or people in poor health in order to pursue health. The Zhenqi operation method widely spread on the Internet is the deformation of the foundation-building method of Dandao, and it is gradually practicing the Dan method of Qingxiu, which belongs to Yebei School.

Qigong is a term created by Liu Guizhen in the 1950s. He wrote in : "The word 'qigong' summarizes meditation, vomiting, guidance, internal power and other practice methods." Although the ancient guidance method, internal nourishment, spitting method, internal power, deep breathing, meditation breathing regimen, etc., although the names are different, they all belong to the former body of Qigong. That is to say, the history of Qigong is only a few decades, and it is created by modern people based on ancient Chinese traditional health care and elixir. It is often the sick person who practices a kind of kung fu and a kind of kung fu to practice the body well, and he creates a kung fu. As the saying goes: a breath of "qi" is refined inside and muscles and bones are refined outside. It is the dynamic and static training and rigid training of refining qi in the human body, strengthening the blood circulation of the human body and shaking the human body's qi machine to strengthen the muscles and bones. It is a series of guiding activities that must follow the objective laws of nature and the human body conforms to the natural opening and closing laws of the air machine. All such physical activities can be combined with various instruments for data tracking and indicator analysis. Its function and purpose are: to revitalize qi, revitalize blood, and enhance physical fitness. It plays a role in enhancing the immunity and resistance in the body, which can also be said to be the ability to prevent external defense. Wait, finally achieve the benefits of prolonging life. As far as Qigong is concerned. Anyone who is familiar with the meridians of the human body and the circulation rules of the viscera qi machine, in other words, those who are familiar with the theoretical foundation of traditional Chinese medicine can enter the guidance and arrangement of qigong cultivation methods. Metaphor: refining station piles, refining guidance. Practice Taiji, practice hard skills and so on. They are a series of sports to promote physical health. However, some qigong sports must also be guided by the teacher in person. To prevent gas deviation

Creation of Aoyi Dan Dao and Qigong

Disadvantages of Qigong:

First, the skill level of Qigong is to stay on the day of the week.

There are many qigong techniques, and most of them do not pay attention to Zhoutian. For example, Liu Guizhen, the founder of Qigong, does not have Zhoutian. In addition, pay attention to Zhou Tian's skill, which regards Tong Zhou Tian as the highest realm, "Zhou Tian Tong eliminates all diseases", which is a popular saying in the Qigong world.

Because most of the qigong skills are created according to their own patients' own effectiveness or rehabilitation, they have a strong specificity. Because the symptoms are different, the yin and yang of the body are different. It makes Qigong like to practice as soon as you see the skill, but dozens of patients who practice Qigong are not good. Others are compiled in order to make money and profit according to popular skills, Dandao's method of practicing refined qi, Shijia's first meditation, and Confucian health methods. There is no deep-level interior cultivation operation method, but armed itself with the infinite functions of Taoism and Buddhist idealism. Turning material practice to cure diseases into an infinite function of consciousness, and finally it was used by cults to destroy the whole industry.

Second, Qigong focuses on the function of light repair

In the Qigong world, what is important is functional training. In this way, there is a strong utilitarianism. Later, Qigong became a money-making tool and formed a functionalshuai. What are the consequences of t-functionality? It's easy to get crazy. When Qigong was hot, many Qigong enthusiasts practiced their lives, and many of them died young, turning their nerves into mental illness and ruining their bodies that were not too bad. He was seriously deceived by the cult and burned himself, and he was against the authorities in an attempt to obtain political capital. Many people go to visit, test, and send out external qi to help people treat diseases after practicing for a few days and ten days. Remote sensing and remote vision consume some of the qi they have just practiced. Outsiders don't help but harm themselves, which is a manifestation of heavy functions.

Why do you need to practice sexual skills? Sexual skills: the cultivation of all consciousness aspects of temperament, moral quality, world outlook, cognition and behavior. If the temperament is not pure, the morality is not self-restraint, the world outlook is not changed, the cognition is not regular, and the behavior is not followed. Qi will help these actions, such as flamboyant temperament, frivolousness and agance, which will help strengthen these temperaments. With a violent temperament, bad morality, chaotic world outlook, strong cognition, and perverse behavior, it is difficult to calm down. If the heart is not silent, the air in the body will be scattered. The most common occurrence is that during sleep, the qi in the body will rush and rush. Some people also regard the turbulent internal qi as a profound skill, and guide it with the intention, which will make people suddenly die.

Sexual skills and life skills complement each other. Without sexual skills, the heart is not calm, and the anger is not born. Without life, I can't get out of my breath, and my heart can't be silent.

Third, the theoretical foundation of Qigong is missing

Qigong is both Taoism, Buddhism, Confucianism, medicine and martial arts. Many introductions of Qigong techniques are summarized by combining these subjects. However, to unify certain disciplines, it takes a lot of hard work and generations to achieve results. Wang Chongyang of the Song Dynasty devoted his life to the promotion and application of the three-in-one combination of Taoism, Buddhism and Confucianism, but it was unsuccessful. His apprentice Qiu Chuji created another Pure Taoist Longmen School. Quanzhen Religion is no more, which is proof that the Taoist Longmen School is still popular. Taoism, Buddhism, Confucianism, medicine and martial arts are connected, and the theories are also merged with each other, and the connotation and function are different. Qigong is a fitness treatment skill that has emerged from these disciplines. It has only flourished for more than 20 years. Why is its prosperity so short? That is, its theoretical foundation is too thin, especially because it does not have functional measurement standards, so it is easy to be used by some people with ulstical intentions. Those swindlers take advantage of the theoretical lack of Qigong and the measurement standard of power to brag, boast about the function of Qigong infinitely, engage in individual worship, and build gods. From the late 1970s to the early 1980s, some people with qigong used experiments to carry out scientific exploration and obtain some scientific data. Because these scientific experiments are only superficial, there is no breakthrough in the principle of "qi". This kind of scientific experimental activity is also used by Qigong scammers to put on the cloak of science to commit fraud.

The origin and development of Dandao

The cultivation of Dandao is a way for people to control their own lives under the awareness of self-consciousness. That is, the deepest processing and perceptual awareness of people's subconscious, the fundamental change of human destiny, from long-term vision, feathering into immortals and soaring, etc., is the ultimate pursuit and yearning.

I. Theoretical basis

The theoretical basis of Dan Dao is Zhou Yi and Tao Te Ching. These two classics are the roots of Chinese traditional culture.

The cultivation of Chinese Taoism has a long history. It is said that Xuanyuan Huangdi, the ancestor of the Chinese Taoist family, began to seek Taoism in Guang Chengzi and experienced 5,000 years of development. It can be seen that before the Yellow Emperor, the ancestors had begun to practice the Jindan Avenue." "Hetu" and "Luoshu" are the historical records of the glorious origin of Jindan Avenue in this period. The overall view model of the three talents of heaven and earth is also the original model of "easy to learn" through ancient and modern times. Zhou Yi is the oldest classic in our country. Yi tells people that everything is changing, but there are rules for change. The principle of Yi is the change of one yin and one yang. It is an incisive description of the law of opposite strings in the universe. Yi Li is the theoretical basis of Jindan Avenue. Mastering the laws of yin and yang, mastering the melody of the universe, and mastering the rhythm of the human body are the tricks to practice the golden elixir road.

Laozi and Zhuangzi of the Chinese Taoist family are both good at cultivation. Sima Qian's "Historical Records" states: "I am more than 60 years old, or more than 200 years old, and I live a long life because of his cultivation of Taoism." It shows that I live a long life. In his works, Zhuangzi has described the cultivation methods such as sitting and forgetting, fasting, guiding, vomitting, predestined, heel and so on. From Chinese Taoism to Taoism, although religious rituals and other contents have been added to the form, the main theme of its cultivation has always been through, becoming

The fine tradition of Chinese Taoism. Chinese Taoists of all dynasties have used their body and mind as an experiment to carry out valuable exploration of human life, created a broad and profound Chinese cultivation, and formed a complete system of reason and law.

Laozi's Tao Te Ching has pushed the theory of Jindan Avenue to the first peak in the history of development. His "Taoism gives birth to one, one life, two lives three, three gives birth to all things", "self-indoing, quiet and self-righteous", and "doing nothing but nothing" is the foundation of his morality, and it is also a high summary of the theory of classical Taoism (high-function Qigong). In particular, his "Gorigami is immortal, which is called Xuanxuan, and the door of Xuanxuan is the root of heaven and earth." Everything in the world is born from something, and something is born from nothing." Get one thing, everything is over." Kong De's appearance is only obedient." The incisive exposition provides a solid theoretical basis and rich experience for the cultivation of Jindan Avenue.

II. Early Danjia

In the Eastern Han Dynasty, the work that laid the foundation of Taoist internal elixir science was promoted by Wei Boyang's Zhou Yi ginseng, which was respected as the "King of the Eternal Danjing" by later generations, and created the "Dan Dao" cultivation system. It was the first Jindan Avenue theoretical monograph in China. Use the human body as a furnace tripod, use the essence and qi in the body as drugs, and use the god to cook, so that the essence, qi and god condense and connect with each other, produce real seeds, and form a golden elixir. The reference deed uses the hexagrams of the Book of Changes to describe the law of the true operation of the human body, and outlines and tells the essentials of the skill of the law. The birth of "The Same Deed" marks the formation of internal elixir. Wei Boyang unified the law of the operation of the human body with the law of the operation of the sun and the moon between heaven and earth, and the growth of yin and yang. For the first time, he incorporated the golden elixir and the gong into a theoretical framework. In fact, this was called the inner elixir for the first to compare the golden elixir (external elixir). The inner elixir system of "The same contract" is a double cultivation of life and more important sexual skills, which has laid a set of theoretical framework and noun terms for internal elixir science, and has been respected as the "King of the Eternal Dan Sutra" by the Neidan family in later generations.

The Huangting Classic, which was written in the Wei and Jin Dynasties, is an early classic of the Qing School of Taoism. The Shangqing School is good at qigong, using the body (the mind, brain, eyes, mind, liver, etc.) to mobilize the functions of human organs, and cultivate qigong by swallowing and solidifying essence and accumulating qi. The Yellow Court Sutra indicates the parts of the Sandan field, discusses their role in the operation of Zhenqi, and calls Yuanqi "Xuandan", indicating that the early internal elixir skills are included in the sutra. The Huang Tingjing is another classic work that laid the foundation for Neidan learning after the Reference Deed. This book is still a rare book that the Neidan family must recite.

The early internal elixir skills are also recorded in Ge Hong's Bao Pu Zi Nei Chapter. This kind of Dangong is a combination of Cunsi, Xingqi and Yanjin to guide Yuanying in the operation between the Sandantian. Ge Hong called it "the art of real person guarding the body and refining the shape", and its skill is: "The moon and the sun under the husband's first youth, and the two halves rise together into one. Out of the jade pool and gold room, it is as big as a bullet, yellow as an orange, and the taste is as sweet as honey. Don't lose what you can get. If you don't chase yourself, you will be destroyed. The pure white atmosphere is very dense. It rises to the three twists and turns of the secluded pass. Zhongdan is unique, and the order of the door is not dead. It is wonderful that it is difficult to find!" It is worth noting that Ge Hong's "Inner Chapter" has detailed the position of Sandantian, and in this formula, it is also known as "Zhongdan" ("Zhongdanhuanghuanghuang is unique"). In addition, the references of "Xuan" and "Zidan" ("Zidan Jinyao Zhenghuang") in the "Huangtingjing" show that Gong has been regarded as alchemy in the Taoism of the Jin Dynasty. . In the Southern Dynasty, the monk Huisi led the way into the Buddha to "seeking a long life for the protection of the Dharma", saying that "using the external elixir to cultivate the inner elixir, and want to settle all sentient beings first" ("Nanyue Si Great Zen Master's Oath", "Dazhengzang" Volume 46), the names of inner elixir and outer elixir can be found in historical books.

III. Inheritance and development

From the Northern and Southern Dynasties to the Sui and Tang Dynasties, all kinds of Qi and methods in Taoism were combined, among which the above Qing School's Cunsi and Shouyi Qigong were the most works. In the "True Secret", "Denzhen Hidden Secret" and "Record of Nourishing Life" edited by Tao Hongjing, there are a variety of internal refining techniques such as condensiveness, internal vision, guidance, etc. During the Sui and Tang Dynasties, various families competed with each other for glory, and many internal elixir works were made in the world.

Su Yuanlang, a Taoist priest in the Sui Dynasty, compiled the Dragon and Tiger Sutra, "The Reference Deed" and "Jinbi Qiantong Secret" as the "Dragon and Tiger Secret". He took the human body as the furnace, essence, qi and god as the medicine to simulate the refining process of Jindan, apply the term of external elixir, and return the divine elixir to the heart.

In the Tang Dynasty, Gao Dao Sima Chengzhen wrote "The Theory of Convincing Qi Essence" and "Tian Yinzi", "The Theory of Sitting and Forgetting", etc., advocated "taking the heart" and "keeping quiet", and integrating Buddhism's meditation into Taoist qigong. Sima Chengzhen integrated the refining theory of Confucianism and Buddhism into Taoism, which is of great significance in the history of the development of internal elixir.

Sun Simao wrote "Qianjin Yaofang", "Qianjin Yifang", "Sheyang Pillow Chinese Fang" and other books, which talk about Xingqi, fairy medicine, golden elixir, nourishment, room, and cultivation techniques, which are extremely rich, representing the unprecedented prosperity of Taoist practice in China in the Tang Dynasty. A number of Neidan families have appeared in Taoism, such as Liu Zhigu, Wu Yun, Luo Gongyuan, Ye Fashan, Zhang Guo, Tao Zhi, Yang Shenwei, etc. There are also a large number of Neidan works, such as "Sun and Moon Xuanshu", "Tong You Jue", "Shangdong Xin Jing Dan Jue", "Da Huan Dan Jin Hu Bai Long Theory", Yang Wei's "Yuan Yang Zi Jin Liquid Collection", "Return Dan Jin Liquid Song", Lin Taigu's "Dragon Tiger Return Dan Jue Ode", Zhang Guo's "Big Return Dan Chi Secret Map" ( "Yun Jian Seven Signs" Volume 72 also received. Caoyidong Zhenzi's "Zhenyuan Miaodao Cultivation of Dan Calendar", Wu Yun's "Nantong Dajun Neidan Nine Chapters Sutra", Tao Zhi's "Return of Jin Shu" and Luo Gongyuan, Ye Fashan's "True Dragon Tiger Nine Immortals Sutras", etc. It can be seen that internal elixir has developed to a high level in the Tang Dynasty.

The late Five Dynasties of the Tang Dynasty was a period of gradual perfection and maturity of Neidan learning. In the Jin and Song Dynasties, internal elixir gradually rejected the dominant position in the Taoist practice of prescriptions, so that the Taoist practice of prescriptions was removed from the framework of Ge Hong's "Hang Pu Zi Inner Chapter", which was a change. Therefore, Fang Weidian's "Preface to the School Journal Hu Puzi" says: "The Song and Yuan are the inner elixir in terms of the furnace fire of "Shentong". It refines yin and yang, mixes vitality, and denounces and eats the fetus as a path, the gold and stone charm is the side door, and the yellow and white Xuansu is the evil art, but with the double cultivation of life is the immortality of the valley god, and the secret of feathering to the truth." Since then, Neidan learning has continuously absorbed the essence of the traditional culture of Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism. In its development, it has been distributed and promoted each other. After more than a thousand years, it has gradually reached the realm of perfection.

It is said that in the last five dynasties of the Tang Dynasty, Zhong Liquan, Lv Dongbin and Liu Xuanying were the people of Inner Dandu. They regarded Zhou Yishen Tongqi as the ancestor of the Danjing and established the foundation for the northern and southern Jindan sects of Taoism. Shi Xiaowu wrote the "Collection of Zhong Lu's Eccles" to explain their Neidan theory. Chen Pu wrote "Mr. Chen's Inner Dan Tips", which re-experienced and created Zhong Ludan's method in his own practice. There is also a Taoist, Taoist Cui Xifan, who wrote the "Drug Mirror", which is quite an influential work in the history of Neidan. It is said that Lv Dongbin has "watching Cui Gong's "Drug Mirror", which makes people feel clear.

The key figure in the history of Neidan is Chen Zhi, a famous Taoist teacher at the end of the Five Dynasties and the beginning of the Song Dynasty. It is said that Chen Qian got Zhong Liquan, Lv Dongbin Danfa, and Tan Qiaoxiang's teachers and friends, "Self-named Fu Yaozi, wrote the 81st chapter of Zhixuan, the introduction of words and the return of elixir" (The History of Song * Biography of Chen Qian). He also engraved "Unpolar Picture" on the stone wall of Huashan Mountain, and wrote "Fable of Three Peaks", "Gaoyang Collection", "Hook Lake Collection" and so on.

"The infinite map" has laid down the principle of "the obedience will be born, and the reverse will become the elixir" and the basic steps of "refine the spirit, refine the god, and refine the god to return the deficiency", which has become the skeleton of internal elixir science. Chinese Taoist internal elixir study "For thousands of years, there has been (Wei) Boyang to guide its flow, and there are Zhong and Lv to raise its waves." After Chen Qian, he was inherited by Zhang Wumeng, Chen Jingyuan and Liu Xuanying (also known as Liu Cao, known as Hai Toadzi), and developed Neidan learning to the peak, divided into

It has turned out some distinctive sects.

IV. Brief description of the gist of each school of Dandao

The Taoist method of cultivation is not only the three-yuan elixir method, that is, Tianyuan, the local and the human yuan. In the Danjing, those who practice quietness are the Tianyuan Dan method, those who practice food are the local Dan method, and those who practice yin and yang are the Yuan Dan method. The previous method should be universal.

The abyss of the road originated from the Yellow Emperor, and it was built in Laozi. As soon as Yin Wenshi passed on, that is, Guan Yinzi. Yin Chuan Mai (i.e. Li Minghe), Li Chuan Chen's Xiyi, Chen Chuan Huolong Zhenren, is the first school of literature. It is said that Wang Shaoyang will open a school of true religion. Wang Shaoyang passed on Zhong Liquan, and Zhong Liquan passed on Lv Chunyang. Lvzu's first transmission of Wang Chongyang, Chongyang's transmission of Qiu Changchun, Kaibeizong, also known as the Longmen School. Lv Dongbin also passed on Liu Hai Toad, Zhang Ziyang, and Kai Nanzong, which is a faction of Ziyang. ( According to the sea toad, Chen Xiyi was also passed on to Zhang Sanfeng and opened a new vein.) As for Jinzhi holding Pu Zi Ge Hong, Liang Zhitao living in seclusion in Hongjing, all of them hold the study of the high world and have the talent of Wang Zuo. There are many sayings about the academics of Dan Dao, and it has been passed down to the world, but it is not the one who inherits from this vein.

Renyuan Neidan is the highest in the literary school and the Shaoyang school is the largest. The Wenshi School directly cultivates the road of nothingness, and learns the law with nothingness. Suddenly, he is super straightforward, and he is a person who orders himself. The Shaoyang School takes the Yin and Yang Avenue as the foundation for cultivation. It has its own law and does nothing. It has accumulated achievements and gradually advanced, and it is also because of life and sex. At the beginning of the school, the song is high and low, and the practitioners are day long. The Shaoyang School is approachable, and all the people can be cultivated and proved by all the people, so they can do great things in the world. Its most famous authors are the North and South schools, followed by the East School, the West School, the Middle School, the Qingcheng School, the Kuntong School, the Sanfeng School, and the Wuliu School, all of which can be in the categories of the north and south. The rest is not enough, and it can also be merged into the two sects.

The ancestors of Beizong are all respectfully called Chongyang Zhenren Wang Zhe. The world is often called Beiqizhen, that is, Qiu Changchun Chuji, Liu Changsheng Chuan, Tan Changzhen, Ma Danyang Chuyu, Hao Guangning Taigu, Wang Yuyang Chuyi, Sun Qingjing (Ma Danyang's wife). Qizhen, also known as Qizu, are all disciples of Chongyang. The seven ancestors of the Guangkai Dharma School, who laid the foundation of the Northern Sect was Changchun Zhenren. This school is easy to reason, and it is related to Zen Buddhism, and it returns to Taoism. Subtle and mysterious, extensive and well-prepared. It should be based on quiet practice. The most author of this school of classics, in addition to the quotations of Qizhen, is the "Ancient Book Hidden Building Collection" published by Jin Gaishan (Min Xiaogen Zhenren).

The world is often known as the Southern Five Ancestors. It is Zhang Ziyang's Dharma School, Zhang Chuan Shi Xinglin, Shi Chuan Xue Daoguang, Xue Chuan Chen Niwan, and Chen Chuan Bai Yu Toad. He is always from the south and is called the five ancestors of the south. Zhang Zu also passed on Liu Yongnian, and Yu Toad also passed on Peng Helin. They are all outstanding figures, so they are also known as Nan Qizhen. The cultivation of this school is mainly based on the double cultivation of yin and yang. Therefore, its elixir method focuses on life, returning to Yang to change bones, picking lead to take orders, Taiyi returns to the truth, and it can be achieved in a few days. It is more appropriate for middle-aged and elderly people to break their bodies. In Beiqizhen Middle School, Ma Zhen was made by Yin and Yang, so he opened another one, Ma Chuan Song Defang, Song Chuan Li Shuangyu, Li Chuan Zhang Ziyang, Zhang Chuan Zhao Youqin (Yuanduzi), Zhao Chuan Chen Guanwu (Shangyangzi). To the ancestors of Nanzong, they all respected the sea toad, the real person Liu Cao. The big Zhang method began with Ziyang Zhenren. This school takes Zhang Ziyang's "Wu Zhen" as the Bible. The Complete Works of White Jade Toad, also known as Chong Daolin. Bai Shuquan is close to Zen, especially Qingxiu, and is respected by the world. ( According to Chen Yuning once said, "The white jade toad has been a monk since he was a child, and he has been in the clouds and water for the rest of his life. He has never heard of it as a Taoist light Zen master." I think it's the fruit of the white Qing Dynasty.)

The Eastern School was founded by Lu Qianxu, also known as Lv Zu's family. He is the author of the series of Foreign History of Fanghu, which spreads its magic milk. Later, Fu Jinquan opened the door court again, and edited "Seventeen Types of Certificate Secretaries" widely spread in the world. The pure master Yin and Yang double cultivation elixir method can belong to Nanzong. The highest and most secret of Qian Xu Weng is that after a hundred days of cultivation, it can be done with a tripod. Comprehensive examination of the Eastern Taoist veins and double cultivation methods, there is too much tantra supreme yoga double-body practice, which is actually the best; Dharma. However, later generations borrowed his words, and it was also a pity that the subordinates flowed to the house to fight.

The Western School was founded by Li Hanxu, also known as Lv Zu's personal biography. There have been Taoist Talks, Secrets of the Three Cars, Notes on the Thirteen Classics of Taishang and so on. Although it is also a great elixir of yin and yang, it is slightly inferior to the Eastern School, and its Dan method is more strict and complicated. However, it can still belong to Nanzong, and it is divided into the engineering method of Dingcheng Dan and its art of receiving orders, which are slightly different.

Secondly, there is the Dan method of Sanfeng School in the world, which was opened by Zhang Sanfeng. It is popular in the world, also known as the new school of the Dan family, which is between Wenshi and Shaoyang. Its gist can be seen from his "Complete Works of Xuantan" and "The Point of the Avenue", which is the master of pure yin and yang. The popular "Complete Works of Zhang Sanfeng" is mixed with the law in the room of another three peaks, resulting in the loss of its original appearance. Only people with bright eyes can be different from the truth at first sight.

If the world is known as the middle school, it is the school of Yin Zhenren's younger brother. There is a book "The Edict of Life" to practice the criterion for it, and the main three teachings participate together. Second, such as Li Daochun and Huang Yuanji, they are also outstanding for this reason. These two great craftsmen are mostly Confucians who say (the same is Yang Yiting, the son of Yiyi) and does not fall into the trap. However, in fact, it can also be included in the Qingjing Dan method of the Northern School. The same is true of the Danfa.

There is also the Wu Liu School, which was created by Wu Chongxu Huayang's younger brother in the Ming Dynasty. The theory is based on Taoist Buddha, and the method is mainly to cultivate qi and cultivate veins and exercise spirit. It is simple and clear that there are a lot of practitioners in the old world. Wu Zhi's "Heavenly Immortal Zhengli" and "Immortal Buddha Hezong", Liu Zhi's "Golden Immortal Evidence" and "Hui Ming Jing" and other books are almost as smooth as the classics of the Northern School. Both of them are converted from Zen, but in fact, neither of the two has won. ( According to Liu Zugu's practice of elixir as a Zen master, Wu Zu has been good at it since childhood and has been confirmed by Zen. In the article, it is said that the two of them have not obtained the truth in the two sects of Zen Taoism, which is not true. Gai Wu Liu Erzhen, although Yu Chan can not be said to be a super Buddha, but in Taoism, he participates in education, which proves that there is no supreme fruit. The merits and wisdom of the two truths are not allowed to be discussed.) The method is extremely cumbersome, and the matter of preventing Dan is particularly strange. ( According to the elixir method of Wuliu, it is purely practiced by self-reliance, practiced empirical evidence, and achieved by the body. Its method is as simple and easy, and the most holy and god. The word "tedious" is not allowed. As for the prevention of taking the elixir, it is actually the cleverness and convenience of the Dharma formula, that is, the unique victory of the practical practice of the Wuliu School.) However, with its pure master's pure and quiet cultivation, it has not lost its right path, and its Dan law can be included in the category of the Northern School. ( Commenting on the Wuliu Fa vein according to this paragraph is biased.)

The second is the Qingcheng School, which is mainly based on the north-south double cultivation, which is similar to the Sanfeng School, but it has the essence of the Wenshi School. The founder was the father-in-law of Qingcheng, and the successor was Li 800 and so on. The Danfa system first built the foundation in the north to lay its foundation, and then went to the south to promote its achievements, and the double certificate was used. The decree is a secret and a secret, and the method is simple and fast. Just like the method of Lu Zu in the Eastern School, one tripod can be achieved once, which can ensure the work of infinite happiness. However, the method is the strictest, and it is not easy to pass on. The Jiangxi faction of scattered people in Fangnei and the Huxiang faction of Hengyue Zhenren can be entered. The Qingcheng School has "Secret Record of Qingcheng" and "Da Dao Xuanzhi" and other secrets. There are four kinds of Taoist books in the Jiangxi School. The Huxiang School has "Kangtong Wei Zhuan" and "Wen Shi Mi Yao" and other scriptures, all of which are mainly the double cultivation of the north and south.

The Sanfeng School was created by Zhang Sanfeng, the son of Pu Yangzi. It belongs to the side branch of the Eastern School. The world often confuses it with Zhang Sanfeng, but in fact it is not alone. Its elixir law is mainly based on the mud and water elixir method, and the yin and yang are fighting, that is, the so-called left side door of the world. However, "If a righteous person does the evil way, the evil way will return to the right way; if the evil person does the right way, the right way will also return to evil." Therefore, I often say: the left road, the road; the side door, the door. As long as you can be upright and sincere, it is not just about getting started, and you can go to the hall and enter the room, you can't always tell it.

Until the Qing Dynasty, Taoism flourished. For example, Liu Wuyuan and Zhu Yunyang, go in and out of Buddha, and live in silence. With all the micro-taste of the scriptures, I will return to the sect; through the points of all families and follows the flow to the canal, so they can all make academics in the world. Zhu Zhi's two works, "The Interpretation of the Truth" and "The Interpretation of the Truth", will distinguish the true source. Liu Zhi's "Twelve Types of Taoist Books" reveals mystery, broad and profound; his book "Cultivation of Truth and Difficulty Reference" can especially be regarded as a guide to Dandao. Erzhen's reputation

It is extremely prosperous and lasts for a long time. If the yellow yuan can come out, it will be comprehensive Confucianism and Taoism, and it will be the same; the only standard is correct, and the body is not left behind, just like lifting the lamp to go dark, and pulling the cloud to see the saying. His "Leyutang Quotations" and Laozi's "Ethical Sutra Essence" two books, talking about the scriptures, all of them are excellent, extremely smart and moderate, extremely broad and subtle, and well-deserved. However, with his cultivation and teaching, the master is quiet, so it can also be included in the Northern Sect. In recent times, there are still Liumen in Sichuan, created by Liu Zhitang, and Luo Men, which is handed down by Luo Chunpu, all of which are extremely prosperous.

There are thousands of schools in Dandao, and the formulas are difficult to explain, and the formulas are not easy to complete. Therefore, he said, "Ten thousand volumes of the Danjing are important in the heart; the secret formula must be taught by a teacher." At this point, the cultivation essentials of the above sects will be briefly described later.
