Standing, stand naturally, bend your knees slightly, stack your hands on Dantian, or hang on the side of your body. Horizontal, generally lying on the side, with a curved humerus pillow in one hand, with the thumb and index finger separated, and the ears are placed at the mouth of the tiger to open the ear; the other hand is placed on the crotch, or in Dantian; the legs are also stretched out and bent, which is exactly the opposite of the two hands. When walking, you should choose a quiet place with few people, a park or a larger courtyard, there is no other interference, and the road is relatively flat. Walk slowly, like a cloud. When walking, you can use the listening method in meditation, but don't close your eyes. After choosing a posture and doing it well, start practicing. For external movements, the main points of the exercise are as follows: (1) Relax the whole body, no matter what posture you take, you must relax the whole body. This relaxation is not a soft ball. It is necessary to keep the head and spine upright to facilitate the smoothness of the meridians; but it should not become stiff and rigid, which is not conducive to relaxation and will also hinder the smoothness of the meridians. To relax, first of all, you need to sink your shoulders. Ordinary people are usually physically and mentally nervous and unconscious, and their movements do not meet the requirements of relaxation. Now when we practice kung fu, we first adjust from the movements, and we can naturally enter a state of relaxation. ( 2) The curtain with two eyes is hanging, and the curtain is slightly closed. Why do you need to close your eyes slightly? Because opening your eyes is easy to breed distracting thoughts, and it is easy to fall asleep when you close them all, which is not conducive to refining. The formula when it is slightly closed is to "open three times and close seven times", that is, open three minutes and close seven minutes. The specific method used to be oral. In this way, it is clear that the eyelids are drooping, so that you can see what is in front of you but can't distinguish it clearly. ( 3) The tacic on the top of the tongue is exchanged as the mouth, and the elixir is also called "plugging", that is, squeing the mouth and closing the teeth. ( 4) Natural breath, that is, natural breathing, but avoid coarseness and shortness. With the deepening of the degree of static work, the nasal breath should gradually be deep, long, uniform, fine and slight. ( 5) The two-handed holding formula, the two-handed pinching formula, also known as the "meridian". At this time, the left index finger and thumb draw a circle, the right thumb are placed in the circle, and the four fingers of the right hand are placed under the four fingers of the left hand. Looking at it from the direction of the thumb, it is the shape of a "Taiji map". If you hug each other like this, the yin and yang of the human body will be naturally connected. After a moment, the two hands feel hot and swollen, which is extremely wonderful, that is, the effect of connecting the two qi. There is no difference between men and women in Taoism. 1) Listening. The purpose of quietness is to enter the silence. The meaning of being quiet means to calm down the body and mind. In order to meet the requirements of entering the static, all distractions must be removed first, which is the most critical principle of the foundation-building method of static power. But people's thoughts and habits, the brain is always thinking about problems. Even if they sleep, they will dream. Once it stops moving, it is difficult to do it. In order to achieve the purpose of entering the silence, ancient Taoist monks created many methods, such as listening to Qi, sitting and forgetting, guarding one, counting breath and so on. In comparison, the "listening to qi" method mentioned by Taoist Zhuangzi is the best. The so-called "listening" is to listen to your own breath. As we said before, static work requires natural breathing. The way to listen is to listen in both ears, that is, to get rid of all the interference in the outside world, such as entering the state of silence, to listen to your own breathing. For the first time, you only need to listen with your ears, without any ideas. Note: The so-called "listening" requires two ears to listen back inside, as if listening to the sound of breathing in and out. But breathing in and out, it was required to be silent. The meaning of "listening" is to ask him to pay attention and concentrate on his meditation; it is not to die, nor to listen to the sound of breathing. The meaning of "listening" is to concentrate. As long as you follow the route of inhalation and do it slowly and unheard, this is right. As for the speed, thickness, depth and length of breathing, it should change naturally, and don't force it with your mind. After hearing this, the mind was dependent on each other, there was no distracting thoughts, and even breathing seemed to exist, and gradually reached the state of "quietness". ( 2) Sightseeing. The method of "sightseeing" is a secret cultivation method of Taoism. In the past, it was secret but not taught, and it was passed down from master to apprentice. The purpose of tourism is to refine nature. Our nature was originally a nihilistic light. Before the next life, it came from the universe. Therefore, the fundamental method of refining sex at this time is called sexual work. Some people think that the "sexual" merit mentioned by Taoism is the truth. If there is no kung fu, it is the reason why the master has not been taught the sexual merit. The root of sex lies in the middle of the two eyebrows. This trick comes from before we were born, so it is called "ancestral trick". Sit quietly for a moment at the beginning, using the "listening" method mentioned earlier. After the body and mind are quiet, they are about to look at each other, and stop before the "ancestral orifice". This "before the ancestral trick" is not in the body or outside the body, just about an inch and a little bit in front of you. Note: The method of "watching the ancestors" is to gather one's own originality. When the meta-nature gathers, you will naturally see the light. But this realm is natural and must not be pursued; if you pursue it, you will also see the light, but it is an illusion, not the truth. Many people who practice Qigong often enter the magic realm and unconsciously. It's really a little difference and a thousand miles away. It is necessary to use the meaning of "if there is nothing, it seems that you don't see it". Between unintentional intentions, it can't be intentional, and it can't be unintentional. Naturally, that's right. If you put your mind slightly in the "ancestral orifice", you can have your own sexual light. At the beginning, the point is dotted, the drift is uncertain, and the light is weak, don't care about hundreds of millions. At first, it seems to come from the outside. After the discovery, it is slightly taken with the mind and condensed, that is, the intention shines in the white light, which is the work of gathering; then it gradually condenses into pieces from the point, and the pieces come from the outside to the inside, and slowly gathers; then gathers and disperses. It is difficult to fix; if ignorance finally becomes a piece, and there is no fluctuation, such a true nature is gathered, and we have entered a great silence. The only manifestation of sex is the gathering of sightseeing. Light dispersion is dispersion, light aggregation is concentration, light is fixed, light fullness is full, and light roundness is round. Wang Chongyang's ancestor described its shape and said, "Yuanduo, the light is burning." The round one is to say that it has no irregular shape, and the burning one is to say that it has no black loopholes, so that it can reach the highest level of "sexual light *". Entering this realm, life and death are good. But if it is not in-depth and has extremely high merit, it is impossible to achieve it. Although the kung fu of sightseeing is "viewing" but not actually watching, everything is natural. To practice this skill, you must go step by step, from small to large light, from weak to strong, from fluctuating eel to light, and from pieces to light. There are also people who practice for many days, their eyes are dark, and they have never seen the light, so they can't pursue it. Note: As mentioned above, the way of "listening" and "sightseeing". Although it seems to be done, in fact, there is nothing; in nothing, there is nothing to do. Although it is said to listen, it is actually not listening; although it is said to be sightseeing, it is actually not. There is no sound, there is no sound; there is no light in sightseeing, and there is no light. The breath without breath is called the true breath; the light without light is called the true light. From this, I understand the true silence. The method of "sightseeing" is also called "back light" in ancient Taoist books; the method of listening is also called "adjusting" in ancient Taoist books. Therefore, the ancients also called the method of static kung fu cultivation, which was also called "backlight adjustment". Qiu Zu's Secret Biography of Da Dan Zhi Zhi Zhi discusses "back light and adjustment" and says, "The method is to collect the heart from the corners of the two eyes, receive the middle of the two eyes, with a body and mind, and the whole body, all the place, the so-called 'earth of the universe and the earth are collected together' is also." The method of returning light has another meaning. After sightseeing, it is necessary to shine this light into the Dantian and further do the kung fu of gas refining. This must be combined with the second step of building the foundation - Tu Na practice, and then discuss it in the Tu Na method.
3, static work and stop thinking
The key to static work is to enter the static; the key to entering the static is to stop thinking. To stop thinking is to remove the distracting thoughts in your heart, and then do static work wholeheartedly. Often, some people usually don't feel that there are miscellaneous thoughts in their minds, and when they sit quietly, all kinds of ideas come. It can be said that he does not understand the fundamental theory of the superimposed existence of the three states of the universe, so as soon as he arrived at the door, he thought it was the ultimate realm. It can be seen that the opinions are high or low in the cultivation of the immortal level of human immortals and ghosts. In addition, there are quite a few unsucible people who inexplicably run to the deep mountains and old forest to live in caves and huts, as if they can become a Taoist after squatting in the mountains and forests for a few years. It's really unreasonable. How to know whether your cultivation has reached the immortals? If you see a blue or purple-blue bright light point in Dingzhong (not intended to visualize it), and can enter this fixed state of seeing the bright point at any time, cultivate on the basis of this realm, and can obtain the power of the bright point to a certain extent, it means that your cultivation level has reached the "ground immortal" named by Xiandao. Immortals - do not pursue the achievement of Taoism, but to adjust the art of true qi to maintain health and fitness, improve the sequencing intensity of the life field, and improve the ability to resist the invasion of evil information energy from the outside world. The methods of human immortals cannot make the length of the life of the practitioners exceed the control of genes. The control of the lifespan of genes is the protection for the evolution of living populations. Generally speaking, the shorter the average life expectancy, the faster the evolution (mutation) of species, and the stronger the population's ability to adapt to the natural environment (especially primitive organisms, such as viruses). , bacteria, etc.), so the gene's control of the life expectancy of an individual organism is actually to enhance the viability of the biological population. This control information in the gene has been inherited from the original single-cell life form period. Life control is an original life protection ability, from which can also see the information of the source of life.
