Chapter 21 Amitabha
Amitabha continued: "Good man. I will now tell you something about the unpopular Oriental Imao Ima, so that you can have a general understanding of the Oriental Imao Ima. A small group of people in the Western Wushengxianmen who are bewitched by Eastern foreign ideas think that they will live forever in a magnificent palace if they cultivate to a certain extent. This magnificent palace is a real existence, but there is no fixed place. It is only in the vast sea of smoke and water, and Penglai Fairy Island on the edge of the sky.
"Oriental Foreigner believes that there is a medicine, a wonderful medicine that can become immortal if you take it. Looking at the vast sea in the white fog, it feels like a dream, like being in a fairyland. Such a legend is widely spread in the immortal oriental foreign Taoism. In the 'Penglai Fairy Island' of the heavenly world, there is a feather master who is addicted to and proficient in Taoism. He thinks all day long about how to improve his magic and gain the most powerful power in the world. Finally, one day he realized a way to summon a powerful monster - the 'Golden Armor General', but the happy Taoist did not expect that he would cause disaster. The power of the monster is not controlable by the old man. Not only can his peers escape this disaster, but also the old man himself was injured by the 'Golden Armor General' and trapped in the 'Penglai Fairy Island'. He was not free for several generations. The warriors who learned this story rushed to 'Penglai Fairy Island'. On the one hand, in order to prove their strength, and on the other hand, it is said that they saved this person, and they could get a wonderful recipe for immortality. The world yearns for it. Riding the wind and waves, they came to Penglai Fairy Island. People were surprised to find that the legendary Nezha, who killed the Dragon King, also appeared here, and attacked those who came to the desert island to save the old road together with the Golden Armor General. Why does 'Nezha' in the fairy class protect 'monsters'? This makes people doubt the authenticity of the 'Yudao' statement.
"God is a demon, and it is difficult to tell whether it is true or false. The truth of the facts is still waiting for the fate to be revealed. People guess that maybe 'Nezha' and 'Golden Armor General' are just protecting the purity of 'Penglai Fairy Island' and don't want ordinary people to harass the immortals' retreat. However, what surprised them was that after several generations of practice, the heroes of the heavenly world have improved rapidly, which is beyond their imagination. Not only 'Nezha' and 'Golden Armor General' have retreated, but even 'Chentian' is not the opponent of the heroes.
"Oriental foreign Taoism believes that there is no limit between the ten heavens and earth, and calls the absence of limits infinite. Wuji is the Tao. Compared with Taiji, Wuji is a more primitive and ultimate state than Taiji. The classic Tao Te Ching of Oriental Foreignism writes: 'Know its white, keep its black, and be the style of the world. For the world style, Changde is not very good, and returns to the infinite. The whole paragraph means that although you know that you are white, you can stay safe in the dark and be the mode of the world. Being able to be the mode of the world, eternal virtue is not lost, and sex returns to the inexhaustible truth. Therefore, the original meaning of infinite is Tao, and the guidance is inexhaustible. In the future, Oriental foreign practitioners have used the concept of infinite in this sense, but the focus of extension is slightly different on different occasions. Nanhua Zhenren said in "Happy Journey" that 'in addition to the infinite, there is no infinite.' It means that the world is boundless, beyond infinity, or infinite. Infinite is infinite. Heshanggong's "True Book of Moral Scriptures" believes that returning to the infinite is a long-term vision. According to the concept of Taoism, only when it is in line with Taoism can it be seen for a long time. Therefore, it is the same to interpret Wuji as Taoism, or to explain growth and long vision. Oriental Foreigner believes that Tao is infinite. Before the opening of heaven and earth, it has existed for an infinite time and will exist forever. It is also infinite in space and is not limited to any specific area. Therefore, it is praised in the infinite category. The use of the word infinite from the perspective of the evolution of heaven and earth is often opposite to Taiji, which refers to a more ancient and ultimate stage than the chaos of heaven and earth, but it is the direct beginning of heaven and earth. This stage is the Tao. Therefore, Wuji is the root of Taiji. Mones all pursue unity with Taoism. Taoist terms are called harmony with Taoism. In terms of the specific mechanism, it is to return to the ultimate state at the beginning of the Yuan Dynasty, which is called infinite return. From Wuji to the opening of heaven and earth, it can be divided into five stages in detail, called 'Five Tai': Wu Tai, which refers to Taiyi, Taichu, Taishi, Taisu and Taiji. They are the five stages before the evolution of heaven and earth from Taoism, and can also be said to be the five states successively. It's too easy. It's a state where even the gas hasn't appeared yet. The General Theory of the Law writes: 'Those who are too easy, the yin and yang have not changed, the vastness is too empty, no light, no image, invisible and nameless. It is said that it is too easy. It's too easy. I didn't see the breath at the beginning of God.' The general idea is: too easy, which means that the differentiation of yin and yang has not yet appeared, and the vast primitive void (too empty). At this stage, there is no light, no image, no shape, and no name. Silence is invisible, which is called too easy. Too easy is the beginning of God, but the qi has not yet appeared. The stage after Taiyi is Taichu. Liezi wrote: 'Taichu has no real name, although it has become angry, but it is not tangible. It is called Taichu. At the beginning, there was no shape at the beginning of Qi. The general idea is: Taichu is the stage when qi has just emerged. At the beginning, it was the change of yin and yang, but there was no image yet. At the beginning, it is the beginning of Qi and does not appear. After the beginning, it was the beginning.' Taishi, yin and yang. Together, mixed into one, born from one, although it is tangible but not qualitative, it is called the beginning.' At the beginning, there was no hostage at the beginning. Taishi, the beginning of the finger shape. However, the shape mentioned here is not a sensory visible shape, but only in a pioneering state. The beginning, the beginning of the form. Taishi refers to the intersection of yin and yang. Combined, mixed into one, has its own one, and the shape is produced. Although it has taken shape, it has not yet been qualitative. Taishi is the initial but not yet qualitative stage of form. After Taishi, it is too plain.' Taisu, Tai began to change and form, shape and qualitative, but not formed, which is called Taisu. It is too simple, but it is not formed at the beginning of quality. Too plain is the beginning of quality. Taisu is a metamorphism, which is tangible and then qualitative, but has not yet been adult. Toosu is the beginning of quality and the stage that has not yet been adult. After the four stages of Taiyi, Taichu, Taishi and Taisu, the gas, shape and quality have not yet been separated, forming a chaotic state, which is called Taiji. Taiji is too plain and the yang becomes yin, the five elements are there, and all things are born. Therefore, Taiji is sentenced, light and clear for the sky, heavy turbidity for the earth, and the road is clear. Chaos is the body of Tao, which forms the intersection of yin and yang from its movement and static. Together, five elements are produced, and the transformation of all things. This kind of chaos is Taiji. The opening of heaven and earth begins with Taiji. The concept of Wutai is an in-depth exploration and concise summary of the state before the evolution of 'Tao' into heaven and earth.
"Yi Ci Zhuan": 'Yi has Taiji, which is two instruments. Two images give birth to four elephants, and four elephants give birth to gossip. In the process of becoming a hexagram, first there is a Taiji, which has not yet begun to separate the scorpion. After dividing the scorpion, it forms two lines of yin and yang, which is called two instruments. In addition, there are four possible images, called four elephants. From each of them, it becomes gossip. The two instruments of Taiji are the process of forming heaven and earth from the differentiation of Taiji. The two instruments are heaven and earth.
Daomen has been using the concept of Taiji in its own practice and theoretical exploration for a long time, and has greatly enriched the connotation of Taiji, forming the systematic theory of the core of Taiji. The most important thing is Taiji Map.
It is said that Taijitu was originally called Wujitu: it was drawn by a legendary high road. It is said that this Gao Dao has a deep knowledge of internal elixir and Yi. According to the classic records of Oriental Foreign Taoism, the Gaodao once passed on the Innate Map, Taiji Map, the River Map and Luo Shu to his students, and passed them on to several of the most proud disciples. Later, a proud disciple passed on the Taiji Map to a disciple of the Western Wusheng Immortals. This disciple who practiced foreign Taoism wrote the Taiji Tu theory to explain it, and since then, Taiji Tushu has been widely spread.
"The infinite map that includes the principle of internal elixir cultivation. Read it in order from the bottom up. The next circle is called the Xuanyan Gate, which is the starting point of internal elixir cultivation, which refers to the gap between the two kidneys of the lower Dantian Mingmen. This is the place where the ancestral spirit is located, and all the internal foundations start from here. Neidan terminology, also known as know-how. The second circle is called refining gas and refining gasification god, which refers to lifting the ancestral gas in the first circle, refining it, refining the acquired into innate qi, and then turning the innate qi into the innate god. This layer of kung fu, called self-refining, is mainly to refine the yin of the acquired sky and reveal the innate god. The third layer is the image of the mixture of five elements of qi, which refers to the five Tibetan gas clusters of liver (wood), heart (fire), spleen (earth), lungs (gold), kidney (water), which is called the five qi Chaoyuan, and the five qi harmony, so it is also known as harmony. The upper layer is formed by the deformation of Kanli's two trigrams, which is called taking Kan to fill in. At this level, the essence of the body has been obtained, and the alchemy is mature, which is called medicine. The line in the hexagram is yang, which is true. The line in the hexagram is yin and virtual. They represent the intersection of kidney water, heart fire, water and fire in the inner elixir. In the hexagram, that is, pull out the yang line in the hexagram and fill it into the kan. In this way, all three paintings become yang lines and dry hexagrams, which means that people become pure yang bodies. The top circle is said to be empty and return to the infinite. It means that on the basis of the medicine, it further returns to the infinite, which is the void road. The whole process of refining the elixir is completed, and it comes out of the refined holy fetus and becomes a fairy, so it is called rebirth and seeking immortals.
"As for the Taiji diagram, it is read from the top to the bottom. Why can the same picture be read from two opposite directions? It turns out that Taoism believes that from the order of turning everything into the road, it starts from the Taiji division of yin and yang, and the alchemy is against the way back to the road, which is the same as Taoism, and naturally immortalizes into immortals. Therefore, the reverse direction of Hue is reversed, but the path is the same.
"Self-polar and Tai Chi. Taiji moves and yang, moving extremely quietly; quiet and yin, static and extremely resuming. One movement and one quiet, each other's roots. Divide yin and yang, and the two instruments stand. The sun becomes yin, and there is water, fire, wood, gold and earth. Five breaths are smooth, and four o'clock is fine. Five elements, one yin and yang; yin and yang, one Taiji; Taiji, original infinite. Each of the five elements of life has its own nature. The truth of the infinite, the essence of two or five, wonderful combination and condensation, Qian Dao becomes a man, and Kun Dao becomes a woman. The sympathy of the two qi is the transformation of all things, and all things are born and change endlessly.
"It means: Tai Chi is born from the infinite. Taiji movement produces positive, moves to the pole, and turns into static; static produces negative, static to the pole and re-moves. Move and calm, and make each other's basis. After the separation of yin and yang, the two instruments of heaven and earth will be established. Yang and Yin change each other. Together, water, fire, wood, gold and earth are produced. The five elements were popularized in order and ran at four o'clock. The five elements are unified in yin and yang; yin and yang are unified in Taiji; Taiji is based on Wuji. After the five elements are born, each has its own nature. The truth of the infinite, the essence of the five elements of yin and yang, mysteriously combine and condense, from the nature of Qianjian to form a yang man, and from the nature of Kun soft to form a yin woman. Yang man and Yin women's two qi handover sensing, transforming everything, and everything is endless, so the change is endless.
"Only people are the most beautiful and spiritual. The shape has been born, and the god knows it. The five natures are moved and divided into good and evil, and everything has happened. The saint is determined to be righteous and righteous, and he is extremely quiet. Therefore, the saints are in line with heaven and earth, the sun and the moon are in line with their light, the four hours are in line with their order, and the ghosts and gods are in line with their good or bad luck. A gentleman's cultivation is good, and the villain is against the evil. Therefore, it is said that the way of establishing heaven is called yin and yang; the way of standing is called softness and rigidity; the way of establishing people is called benevolence and righteousness. He also said: primitive anti-end, so he knows the theory of death and life. It's so easy!
It means that only human beings can obtain the essence of the infinite truth and the five elements of yin and yang, so they are the most intelligent. Once the body is formed, his gods produce knowledge, and everything in life will be born. The saint set the principle of righteousness, benevolence and righteousness and advocate quietness, which establishes the fundamental principle of life. Therefore, the virtue of the saint is consistent with heaven and earth, its wisdom is consistent with the sun and the moon, the order of action is consistent with the progress of four hours, seeking good luck and avoiding evil, and the unpredictable functions of ghosts and gods. A gentleman cultivates himself according to it, so he is always auspicious. The villain acts against it, so he is not immune to danger. Therefore, it is said that the establishment of the principle of heavenly conduct is called yin and yang; the establishment of the principle of location is called weakness and strength; and the establishment of the principle of personnel is called benevolence and righteousness. He also said: It is inferred that it returns to the end, so it can understand the doctrine of death and life. Great, Yi, this is the most clear truth!
