Update instructions

The intensity and tension of the training completely exceeded my expectations. I trained during the day, recited the questions at night, and took time to do materials, which made me so busy outside and tender inside.

I really want to take some time to type two or three thousand words to continue updating, but I really have enough strength.

If you are waiting for the update, please wait patiently for a few more days. I will complete the training assessment on September 7th. If it goes well, I will definitely resume the normal update. I will try to complete the book according to the plan before October. I will never let everyone wait for so long.
