I. Practice refined gas (Little Zhou Tiangong)

In internal elixir, it is believed that when a person reaches adulthood, due to the consumption of material desire, the innate essence is insufficient. It must be warmed with the innate element to enrich it and return to the innate essence. This is the content and purpose of refining the essence. Because this step is to make the inner qi run around the human body along the meridians of the governor and the two veins, it is also known as the small Zhoutian (this is relative to the big Zhoutian of the refining god).

According to the Dan book, completing this step can prevent and cure diseases.

(I) Summary of Xiao Zhou Tian

1. Zhou Tian and Xiao Zhou Tian Zhou Tian are terms of ancient astronomy, which are the large circumference on the celestial body seen by the observer's eyes. This large circle is called a large circle, also known as the zodiac. The ecliptic is divided into 360 degrees, and within 8 degrees on both sides is the zodiac, which is arranged and runs on the stars. Therefore, Kong Yingda said in the Book of Rites • Monthly Orders: "All the twenty-eight nights and the stars follow the sky to the left, and one day and one night is a week."

The refining and refining gas in Neidan, that is, refers to the feeling of the inner qi. From the lower Dantian Xundu pulse and Renmai back to the lower Dantian for circulation, the noun of Zhou Tian is also borrowed here. As it is said in Tianxian Zhengli: "Little Zhou Tianyun's words are like the twelve o'clocks of Yu Zi, Chou and Yin, such as the heaven and earth on Monday."

Because the internal qi feeling of refining and refining qi only goes to the two veins, and the second stage of refining qi qi sification god needs to reach the eight veins, so the former is called the small Zhoutian and the latter is the big Zhoutian.

2. According to the theory of the medical meridians of the motherland, there are twelve serious meridians and eight strange meridians. The eight strange meridians are: Du vein, Ren vein, Chong vein, belt vein, yin stilt vein, yang stilt vein, yin vein, yang vein. They are closely related to Neidan kung fu, so Li Shizhen in the Ming Dynasty wrote the "Examination of the Eight Veins of Strange Classics" in the Ming Dynasty. He pointed out: "The eight veins are scattered in the group of books, but they are not familiar with it. The doctor doesn't know this, and he doesn't know the sick machine; the immortal (referring to the long-lived person) doesn't know this, and it's hard to install the furnace tripod (that is, I don't know where Dantian is). Shi Zhen is not sensitive. Referring to the sayings, it is collected on the left to prepare for the use of immortals and doctors.

As for the importance of the eight strange meridians, Li Shizhen quoted Zhang Ziyang's "Eight Veins Meridians": "... Ordinary people have these eight veins, all of which are yin gods, closed and do not open. Only the immortals rushed away with Yangqi, so they could get the way. To open up the eight veins, we must first open the two veins of Ren and Du. Li Shizhen also pointed out: "Ren and Du's two veins, the son of the human body, Wu Ye, is the way to rise and fall of the Dan family's Yang, fire and Yin Fu, and the hometown of water and fire..." Yu Yan's note on the "Shen Tong Deed" said: "The blood and energy of the human body, the circulation of the exchange, non-stop day and night, the medical book has the responsibility and supervision, and people can understand these two veins, then all the veins are connected." The Yellow Court Sutra said: "All of them carry the heavenly scriptures in their hearts, keep them day and night, and live forever. The scriptures of heaven are the zodiac of my body, and my breath comes and goes here. The deer's tail can pass through the pulse, the turtle's nose and breath, and can pass through the vein, so both veins live a long life. This number is said to be the wonderful purpose of the Danjia River car. According to the above, the zodiac, the heavenly meridian and the river car are all synonyms for the cycle of Ren Dumai. Because people are interrupted in the day after tomorrow, this route should be opened up in order to achieve longevity.

After the Rendu vein is connected, the other six veins, and even the twelve serious meridians can be connected. According to the theory of meridians, the governor's vein not only communicates with other meridians, but also "the governor's vein starts from **, follows the back to the body, and is the governor of the yang vein. Therefore, it is called the sea of the yang vein, and the vein starts from **, and follows the abdomen before the body. It is the responsibility of the yin vein, so it is called the sea of yin vein." Therefore, Ren Du's vein is to lead the yang veins of the whole body, and the yin veins of the whole body are dominant.

3. Xiao Zhoutian (Ziwu Zhoutian) Song Dynasty Xiao Zixu's "Golden Dan Dacheng Collection" said: "Ask: What is meridian? Answer: The meridian is in the world, the sun and the moon in the sky, the heart and kidney in the man, the meridian in the hexagram, and the north and south in the direction.

According to the gossip map of the day after tomorrow, the meridian cooperates with Kanli, and Xiao Zhoutian adopts the method of Kanli (heart and kidney) to exercise, so Xiao Zhoutian is also called meridian Zhoutian.

(II) Refining and Refining Qigong Method

The skill of refining and refining qi, that is, the skill of Xiao Zhoutian, is generally called "hundred-day foundation". As for how to do it, it is generally a metaphor, so that it smells like a spring lantern riddle, like falling five miles of fog. But in general, it can be divided into six steps, that is, refining, regulating medicine, producing medicine, collecting medicine, sealing the furnace, and refining medicine. The brief process is: pose well, eliminate distracting thoughts, make the shape quiet, and concentrate, that is, to refine yourself. Then return to the middle of a thought, concentrate into the air hole, slowly adjust people's breath, and lead to shortness and length. In the future, the breath will be followed by the weather point (Dantian), which is the adjustment of medicine. Because the spirit returns to the air itself, at this time, the air that is lost outside has to return to the air hole. When it is extremely quiet, there is an motive. In the trance, I feel the air of Dantian. At this time, it is the production of medicine. The air machine has been activated, that is, it is the innate essence, and it will change the possibility into the essence of acquired communication. At this time, the practitioner uses the four-character formula of pinching, resisting, closing and sucking, and forcing gold with fire is to collect medicine. To continue to cook with fire is to seal the stove. Then make the spirit depend on each other, lead it to the taillu, from the taillu and the ridge to the mud pill, and then enter the yang fire; then make it return from the mud pill to the qi acupoint through the Jiang Palace, and make a negative detalisman. This is the literary fire of the breath of the day after tomorrow to cook medicine.

The foundation construction refers to the above-mentioned efforts, which means that it can lay the foundation for the last two sections of efforts. And the "hundred days" is a metaphor, just that this step is relatively short in the whole three steps. The following is a six-step method.

1. Refining oneself is the most basic requirement of internal elixir. The most fundamental kung fu is also a kung fu that cannot be abandoned in the whole process of the whole day.

"Refinement" requires the exclusion of external connections and hobbies from the perspective of internal elixir, and it is necessary to work hard. According to the meaning represented by the ten heavenly stems in Zhou Yi, "self" accepts the hexagram, and the hexagram is the heart of the human body, so "self" refers to the human heart, that is, the idea. Therefore, Qing Liu Huayang's "Golden Immortal Evidence Theory" said, "I am the thought in my heart." It can be seen that this kung fu refers to how to concentrate and eliminate distracting thoughts, so it is also known as mind cultivation and tempering. The three questions related to self-refinement are as follows:

(1) Refining oneself and thinking is to eliminate distracting thoughts and focusing on practice, which is also called mindfulness and true intention. To a certain extent, true meaning is quieter and more concentrated than mindfulness. Therefore, it is called "earth" in internal elixir, also known as "Huang Po", which is a medium. It is difficult for anyone who can't establish true intentions.

The miscellaneous thoughts in practice are called scattered, and they are often described as "heart-to-heart horse" in Danshu. The apes are confused, like the ape jumping and throwing games; the horse is uncertain, like a wild horse running wild. To refine yourself is to make the ape correct step by step, and control the distracting thoughts. Of course, there should be an exercise process and appropriate methods.

(2) The method of refining oneself is to eliminate distractions and pay attention. However, Danshu generally only emphasizes its importance, and how to refine oneself is generally unknown. The key to self-refining is to eliminate distracting thoughts, so there must be something to replace it, otherwise it is impossible. Generally, the following methods can be selected:

Condensing into the air hole. Just pay attention to Dantian. This is actually the second step of the drug adjustment, and the two can be combined.

Consign to the breath. It is to pay attention to breathing, or use the method of counting.

Other rights laws. The so-called power law is an expedient method, that is, temporary measures, such as pinching fingers and reading words. You can also use methods such as picking outdoor scenes and thinking.

(3) Refining oneself is not pure, but it is called self-refining is not pure. General self-refining is not pure, but it only refers to the rise and fall of miscellaneous thoughts one after another. It can't be ruled out that there is no progress in kung fu, or because of hard pressure on ideas, hard driving the heart ape, but also have headache, head swelling and other side effects. And the biggest self-refining impure is called "enchant" in the Dan book, which is a big deviation and cannot be ignored.

The so-called magic is to produce illusions. Of course, this kind of demon mainly appears during the big Sunday, but sometimes it also appears during the small Sunday. The scene of demons is diverse. In fact, it is not to encounter demons. It is the things that the practitioner usually sees, thinks, hears, and even expects to be reflected in the practice. Or in the stage of self-refinement, these miscellaneous thoughts floating in the brain are not eliminated. When they enter the later practice stage, It is reflected. The so-called enchantment is to believe in this kind of illusion, and leave the kung fu you want to do, so that you are so confused and manic.

2. The medicine is essence, qi and spirit; the medicine is conditioning. This step is to try to get enough drugs for smelting.

In terms of essence, qi and god, it is to regulate essence and qi to produce medicine. The essence is full of qi, and the qi is full of essence, so the essence and qi are one and two, two and one. Therefore, the content of the adjustment is specifically how to make the essence vigorous. If the acquired essence is excessively consumed, or if the essence is old and weak, the adjustment time should be extended accordingly.

The way to adjust the medicine is to concentrate into the air acupoint, that is, on the basis of eliminating distracting distracting thoughts, the intention to guard the air acupoint, that is, going down to Dantian; condensing refers to "keeping the clear heart and entering it". It can be seen that condensation is based on spiritual peace, and entering the air acupoint is its inevitable trend. When condensing, it is just the intention to go down to Dantian in order to get angry and work. But the intention can't be heavy, if it exists or dies.

3. Through the exercise of condensing into the qi acupoint, the essence is gradually exuberant, resulting in small medicine (big medicine on the big week). The medicine is also known as the real seed. When the medicine is produced, it is generally referred to as the time of life. This is a scene in the process of practicing. This kind of scene is either slightly unknown or described in the Danshu, and it is rarely explained clearly. This is because this kind of scene is difficult to describe, or it is easy to pursue subjectively after explanation.

The scene of drug production is generally commonly used in "the weather first, then the weather, and those who get it are often drunk." This paragraph is based on which it is described. Some say it's in a trance, in a trance; some say it's silent, as if intoxicated. The general situation is that Dantian is harmonious, from ten fingers to the whole body, crisp and happy, the body is straight, the heart is quiet, the limbs seem to be unable to be autonomous, in a trance, in a trance, as if to vent without venting. Then Dantian was warm, and the air in his ora was going back and forth from the bottom, and the hair was in the hair. It was itchy and couldn't help it. The light penetrated the eyes, and it was vigorously.

The above drug production scene is only for a while in time, and for this scene, we should be as patient as hatching a chicken and holding eggs, and wait for it to produce by itself. If you imagine subjectively, it is useless to force it to start, that is, it is not a real machine.

4. The small medicine should be produced immediately, that is, the medicine should be collected in time. But the formula is also not within the scope of the Danshu. In fact, it is the "fire gold line" revealed in the Danshu. Fire refers to the heart, the god, that is, the intention, and gold refers to the essence in the kidney. Taking medicine is to strengthen the role of consciousness and make the heating feel go down and backward. The so-called effect of strengthening consciousness, in addition to being able to temporarily guard the mud pill palace, generally adopts the four-character formula of pinching, closing, closing and sucking, that is, "picking the valley path (anus), the tongue against the mouth, closing the eyes, and sucking the nose." At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen acquired breathing. In order to collect medicine, you must use fire (take a deep breath). In this way, "the drum of the drum is used to absorb the wind, and the fire is burned with fierce fire. When the fire is blazing, the water is boiling, and the water is boiling, and the water is driven into the river car".

5. Sealing the furnace or sealing the furnace, as the mysterious mirror said, "the medicine has been returned to the furnace, it is necessary to seal it, and it is not necessary to make it go out." Regarding the method of sealing, it is still necessary to follow the four-word formula mentioned above, that is, to continue to push the fire, so that it can naturally go up to the vein.

6. After the refining drug is sealed, it still adopts the method of "fire forcing gold", continue to enter the martial fire (mouth suction), make a warm current, and naturally go up to the back to supervise the pulse, pass through the three passes, then from Kunlun (top of the head), take the previous vein, use the Wenhuo (nose call) and return to the lower Dantian. This is the refining medicine.

(1) The third pass refers to the place where there are three places that are not easy to pass on the governor's route. Jindan Dachengji said, "Ask the three levels behind it. Answer: The back of the head is called the jade pillow pass, the ridge is called the reel pass, and at the time of water and fire, it is called the tail pass. The tail Luguan is located in the lowest part of the vertebrae, with the upper sacral bone, and the lower end is free. Above the back of the anus, there is a sacral end, a gable bone, a poor bone, commonly known as the tail, where there is a long strong point. The ridge is closed on the back, and when lying on the back, it is normal in the middle of the two elbow tips. The jade pillow is closed in the back of the head, just lying on the back of the head, under the jade pillow acupoint, between the wind pool acupoints on both sides, which is the most difficult place to pass, so it is also known as the iron wall.

When passing the three levels, some are very smooth, and some will encounter obstacles. For example, if you encounter obstacles in the ridge level, on the one hand, you can use the anal method slightly; you can also do several times before practicing. If you encounter obstacles in the Jade Pillow Pass, you can close your eyes and look up with the intention. In short, don't be irritable. If you do it day by day, you will do it yourself.

(2) The Upper and Lower Magpie Bridge believes in the Danshu that the two veins of Rendu have been interrupted after birth, and the place where the original two veins are connected is called the Magpie Bridge. There are two places on the magpie bridge, that is, the upper magpie bridge and the lower magpie bridge, the upper magpie bridge is in the seal hall and the nose, one is real and one is one virtual; the lower magpie bridge is in the tail and the valley road, which is also one is also one is virtual and one. When the gas passes through the upper and lower magpie bridge, it should be prevented from leaking. The leakage of the Magpie Bridge is in the middle of the week. In the middle of the week, it may leak on the lower magpie bridge, and the phenomenon is a target. Therefore, when the essence passes through the valley, it can't be targeted. It should be condensed and mentioned.

(3) Sandantian is one of the three parts on the vein route in front of the human body. Shangdantian Niwan Palace is between the two eyebrows (one is at the top of the head), also known as Qianding, Tiangu, Inner Courtyard, etc.: Zhongdantian Jianggong, between the two breasts, also known as Huangtang, Tufu, Xuanqiao, etc.; Xiadantian Qihai, under the navel, also known as the divine furnace, Tiangen, earthen, etc. When the essence passes through these three places, it is generally barrier-free.

In this way, the essence (warm current) goes up through the last three passes, and the first three fields fall, during which it passes through the upper and lower magpie bridge, Kunlun (top of the head), twelve buildings (trachea), Huagai (lung), the seabed (**), and the valley road, to complete a cycle, that is, refining the refined gas for a small week. In the process of refining, you often feel an increase in saliva in your mouth, and you will feel fragrant and delicious when swallowing. This is "the jade liquid is returned to the elixir", which is highly valued by the Dan family and should not be spit away.

II. Refining the God of Qi (Da Zhou Tian Gong)

The refining of refined gas is carried out on the basis of foundation refining. When the divine condensation acupoint, when Yiyang first moves to live, he picks a small medicine to be the governor, and the difficulties intersect, and it feels that it is produced in a very quiet trance. The refining gasification god (Da Zhoutian) is carried out on the basis of mastering the refining gas. By refining the great Zhoutian Huofu of the gasification of the god, the god and qi are closely combined and inseparable from each other to achieve the purpose of qi transformation into a god. After this step is completed, according to the Danshu, it can be described below the points that are different from the process of refining Qi and refining the small Sunday.

1. When Zhengzi and the big medicine (six vibrations) are refined to refine the qi and talk about the living, the Xiaozhoutian fire after the production of the small medicine, and when the Shenhuaqi and Zhengzi are refined, the big medicine and then the Zhoutian fire. In the process of the little Zhoutian, the heart is dependent on each other, so that they forget each other, the breath is slightly soft, and the whole body is crisp and soft, the true spirit is getting more and more prosperous, the more it is accumulated, and the more the air is full of Dantian. In this quiet state, the static extreme is reversed, and six scenes appear, generally known as "six vibrations". It is described in the Immortal Buddha Hezong. When Xuhe big medicine was born, the six roots vibrated themselves first: Dantian fire blazing, two kidney soup decoction, eyes spit golden light, wind behind the ears; the gull in the back of the head, the body surges up the nose, and so on, all of them get the scene of medicine. When the above six scenes appear, that is, Zhengzi, the medicine produced is called a big medicine.

2. The upper and lower magpie bridge leak-proof (six non-leakage) When the six vibrational images appear and begin the process of refining the gods on Sunday, it is necessary to prevent their leakage on the upper and lower magpie bridges. The leakage of the upper magpie bridge, that is, two white mucus-like snotsagging from the nostrils, is called "jule pillar double drooping" in the Danshu, which is the loss of essence. The leakage of the lower magpie bridge is still a target phenomenon. There are six ways to prevent the magpie bridge from leaking. That is, use a wooden seat to resist the valley road, to prevent the target, so that the root of the body does not leak; use a wooden clip to seal the nostrils, so that the root of the nose does not leak; with the light of two eyes, do not look at the outside, so that the root of the eyes does not leak; condense the rhyme of the two ears, do not let the outside, so that the ears do not leak; the teeth and lips are together, the tongue is against the mouth, so that the root of the tongue does not leak, the distracting thoughts do not come out, and the mind is quiet, so that the root of the meaning does not leak. . The wooden seat is like a steamed bun, which is soft with cotton wool, but it and the wooden clip have little effect with the help of external forces. The main measure to prevent leakage on the magpie bridge is to quit anger at ordinary times, especially before practicing. In practice, when the air reaches the Yintang, the tip of the tongue is close to the mouth, and it should be drawn down to avoid staying in the nose. To prevent the magpie bridge from leaking, you have to endure it at the valley road and lead it over.

3. The increase of saliva in Jinye Huandan's mouth is considered to be the result of the rise of essence in the kidney in the process of refining gas. Gold is a jellyfish, and there is gold in the kidney. Therefore, it is called golden liquid for elixir, which is more important than "jude liquid for elixir". You should slowly swallow it back to Dantian and close your eyes and send it, such as the internal organs.

4. Da Zhoutian (Maoyou Zhoutian) refines the refined gas Xiao Zhoutian uses the acquired gossip pattern, as mentioned above. The innate gossip pattern is used to refine the gods and qi. According to the innate gossip map, there are already two hexagrams in the north and south, so the Great Zhoutian is called Qiankun Jiao. But in fact, Taoist internal Dan kung fu always focuses on the two trigrams of Kanli, and the two trigrams of Kanli have been in the position of Maoyou on the congenital eight trigram map, so the Great Zhoutian is also known as Maoyou Zhoutian.

5. Tongba Mein Taoist Neidan Kung Fu believes that all the eight strange meridians of the day after tomorrow are closed. First, the Rendu vein is opened through the refining of the qi Xiao Zhoutian, and then the other six meridians are opened. This requirement is realized in the Great Zhoutian of refining the qi. However, the passage route of essence in the process of the Great Week varies from person to person. Some walk along the eight veins, and some only walk on the other one or two meridians (such as turning left at 36 and right at 36 on the belt), and even it is even possible to walk along some of the twelve meridians, which are counted as the Great Zhoutian.

6. According to the Danshu, the day of the day should be guarding Zhongdantian, but in fact, it is still in the lower Dantian.

III. Refining the deification

In the first two stages of refinement of gas and the exercise of gasification of gods, the intention (i.e. gods) plays a leading role. In the third stage, due to the long-term hard practice in the previous stage, a conditioned reflex has been formed. Without intention, you can go around every day as soon as you sit down, so it is called virtual. The other means that by guarding Dantian, the imaginary "baby" is breastfed, raised and trained in it to achieve the purpose of "being distracted". According to the Dan book, after completing this step, you can "never live or die" and "be an immortal". However, the specific content of this step is not recorded in any Taoist elixir book, and no teacher has been taught. Moreover, in the process of how to become an immortal, there are also sayings such as "grabbing the house". So far, no one can make it clear that it is mysterious and unpredictable. Let's skip it here.
