People have five Tibetans, turn into five qi, and give birth to joy, anger, sorrow and fear. Therefore, happiness and anger hurt the qi, and the cold and summer hurt the shape. Therefore, heavy yin will be yang, and heavy yang will be yin.
Therefore, it is said: winter injury to cold, spring injury to warm disease; spring injury to wind, summer injury to summer leakage; summer injury to summer, autumn to malaria; autumn injury to dampness, winter to cough.

Anger hurts the liver, sadness is better than anger; wind hurts tendons, dryness beats wind; soreness hurts tendons, bitterness is better than sour.
Southern heat, heat makes fire, fire makes bitter, bitterness makes heart, heart makes blood, blood makes spleen, and the heart is the main tongue. It is heat in the sky, fire in the earth, pulse in the body, heart in hiding, red in color, sign in sound, laughter in sound, change into worry, tongue in the knowledge, bitter in taste, and joy in ambition. Joy and sadness, fear is better than joy; heat hurts, cold beats heat, bitter hurts, salty wins bitter.

The wise man observes the same, the fool observes the difference, the fool is insufficient, the wise man is more than enough, the ear and eye are smart, the body is light and strong, the old man is strong, and the strong man is better. It is the saint's incompetence, and the ability to be happy. From the desire to be happy, he is determined to keep nothing, so his life is endless, and at the end of heaven and earth, this saint's body is also the rule.
The sky is not enough in the northwest, so the northwest is cloudy, and people's right ears and eyes are not as good as Zuo Ming. The land is not in the southeast, so the southeast is sunny, and the left foot is not as strong as the right. The emperor said: Why?
