Chapter 13

After returning to the bar, Dorothy took Pierre to her small bedroom and didn't know what to show him.

Raphael shook his head and smiled helplessly, but immediately, the smile slipped away from his face, and his eyebrows frowned tightly. After all, the excuse of inviting Pierre to visit home today can only stop Dorothy for a day. What about the future? What should I do?

Raphael sighed, but he still took out a delicious cake and delicious juice and walked to Dorothy's bedroom upstairs.

"Can I come in?" Raphael knocked on the door. After a while, Dorothy opened a small crack in the door and poked out her little head: "What's the matter with you, Raphael?"

"Would you like something to eat?" Raphael smiled gently. As long as he could hold back Pierre and continue to let him come home as a guest, this excuse could be used for at least a few days. He could only do this first and then think of other ways. Raphael thought helplessly.

"Thank you, Raphael." Dorothy happily took the silver tray in Raphael's hand. Obviously, she meant that she didn't want to go in. Raphael was about to go downstairs, but was stopped by Dorothy. He turned around strangely: "Is there anything else, Dorothy?"

"Raphael, can you tell me and Pierre a little story?" Dorothy is not sure whether Raphael has time. After all, the business of the bar has always been very good. "If... if you have anything else, forget it, it doesn't matter."

"I feel honored." Raphael returned and took Dorothy's shoulder with a smile and entered her small bedroom. Pierre was looking at the two people who came in with wet eyes, very nervous.

"Pierre, come on, eat the cake!" Dorothy smiled and handed him a cake, looked up and said to Raphael, "Okay, Raphael, we're ready to listen to the story. What about you? Are you ready to start talking?"

Raphael pulled a chair and looked out of the window through Dorothy's long red hair, as if he had returned to the time of doing nothing.

"Ah, how to start? Then I'll start with a boring demon!" At this time, Raphael heard Pierre, the little guy, whispering something, and seemed to be obsessed with the story about the devil. Raphael's affection for this child suddenly rose to another stage. Well, whoever likes demons also loves them. He leaned over and touched Pierre's head. "As for how boring he is, I have to make it clear, because it has a lot to do with the development of the future story."

"Hasn't the story started yet, Raphael?" Dorothy hates the story that paves too much at the beginning, which will make her impatient to listen.

"It's not a good habit to interrupt other people's speech, Dorothy." Raphael winked at her, and it seemed that his little angel could not wait to hear the story.

"Oh, I'm sorry." Dorothy shrank her neck in embarrassment. "Please go on, Raphael."

He smiled at her and said, "Well, next, let's talk about this boring demon. First of all, you should be clear that the devil's life is endless, and no matter what you do, you will gradually lose its original meaning. But he loves a new game that won't tire him, which is to break up every pair of lovers who love each other.

"Oh, he is so bad!" Pierre couldn't help saying that when he realized that he had interrupted Raphael's story, he quickly waved his hand, "I didn't mean to interrupt you, sir."

Raphael patted him on the shoulder to signal him to relax. There was no need to be so nervous: "The Devil's new game is very successful and has almost never failed. Oh, no, I want to correct my wording. He never failed until he met a girl, a girl with bright red eyes.

Dorothy was stunned for a moment, and her fingers unconsciously stroked her red eyes.

"The girl and her lover live a very happy life. They live in a small village with red roses like flames all over the mountains. The moment the devil came here, he was attracted by the sweet life of the girl. He swore that he would break up the couple.

"So did he succeed?" Pierre asked Raphael curiously with his head tilted.

Success?

Raphael smiled bitterly and shook his head gently: "No, he failed. He has never failed so miserably."

"Why did you fail?" Dorothy frowned and looked puzzled at Raphael's announcement of the end of the story, but he maliciously concealed the second half of the story: "We need to keep the second half of the story for tomorrow."

"Ah, why tomorrow!" Dorothy puffed her mouth, and there were a thousand unhate and ten thousand unhate in her heart.

"Come downstairs for dinner." Rafael ignored Dorothy's words and opened the bedroom door, "Go to the kitchen and choose some of your favorite food, okay?"

"Wait a minute." Dorothy was obviously unhappy because she couldn't hear the second half of the story, and bent down to clean up the bedroom slowly.

As soon as he closed the bedroom door and came out, Raphael found that Fred had been standing at the door of the bedroom.

"What's the matter? Are you finally in the mood to come out of the dark coffin?" Raphael tidied up his wrinkled shirt and asked casually. In his opinion, Fred will never be the kind of idiot who will be stuck in the coffin when he is angry. At least he will come out of the coffin and quarrel with Raphael.

"Ha, it turns out that Lord Raphael is still a novelist. The beautiful story is really interesting!" Fred's words were full of gunfire, and it seemed that he did have the idea of quarreling with Raphael again. Well, well, Raphael is also bored, so let's quarrel with this little vampire for a while!

"Well, yes, dear Count Fred." Raphael saluted Fred gracefully, which made Fred half-deadly angry: "Do you have to use that ridiculous title to satirize my decline now?"

"I didn't mean that." Raphael shrugged his shoulders and walked downstairs, "Well, do you want to say anything else, Count Fred?"

"You, go, die, Raphael!" Fred gritted his teeth and roared, but his body instantly petrified after hearing Dorothy's voice.

"Fred, how can you say such a thing?"

Ah! When did the little guy come out of the bedroom? Unexpectedly, he is still following the damn Pierre!

Fred gritted his teeth and stared at the submissive Pierre behind Dorothy, who couldn't smash him to pieces now.

It's all Pierre! Take away the little Dorothy that he and Raphael share!
