Chapter 26 Sanskrit
Several people came out of the meditation room with Master Xuankun, and some disciples were waiting outside. They reported, "Abbot, those patients have been placed in the Daxiong Hall."
Following the original road to the Heavenly King's Hall, I saw a couplet in front of the hall: the high place is better than the low place, and it is more difficult to go down than the mountain.
Entering the Heavenly King's Hall, you can see the statue of Maitreya Bodhisattva in the middle, and the four heavenly kings of Buddhist guardians are worshipped on the left and right.
Maitreya Bodhisattva laughed, while the four heavenly kings looked ferocious.
Xuan Kun stopped and looked at Maitreya Buddha and said, "Does the master know the story of Maitreya Bodhisattva?"
Shifang said: "It is said that Maitreya Bodhisattva was originally a son of a rich family. After seeing him, he said that he had a full wheel king, and when he grew up, he must be the holy king of the wheel, which attracted the panic of the king and the Manchurian and martial arts. His father sent Maitreya to take refuge in the temple to practice Buddha, and Maitreya was idle all day long, easy to travel, greedy for food and clothing, which caused other monks to talk about it. Even Manjushri Bodhisattva said that he was often lazy, greedy for fame and fortune, and insatiable for fame and insatiable. But in the end, Buddha Sakyamuni passed on the manor to him, which had aroused many Bodhisattva discussions.
Xuan Kun laughed and said, "The master is indeed knowledgeable. It is said that the history of Maitreya Buddhism is much earlier than that of Buddha, but he is greedy for the world and specializes in learning, but he is not as fast as the Buddha's diligent and brave cultivation. Master, please."
Take everyone through the Heavenly King's Hall and come to the front of the Daxiong Hall.
Since you are lucky enough to see the great monk, how can Shifang let go of this opportunity? He asked, "Master, how can Maitreya Buddha become a Buddha when he is so idle and greedy for fame and fortune?"
Xuan Kun laughed and said, "In my opinion, Maitreya Bodhisattva is greedy for fame and fortune, but in his opinion, it may be a practice method, or maybe he doesn't think about whether he is greedy for fame and fortune at all. Everything is just done with your heart.
Shifang said, and I didn't hear it clearly.
At this time, I have entered the Daxiong Hall and looked up to see the "Heng III Buddha" worshipped in Zhengzhong. That is, the one in the middle is the Sakyamuni Buddha in the present world; on the left is the glazed light Buddha, the pharmacist in the oriental pure glazed world, sitting down, holding a bowl in the left hand, indicating nectar, and holding a pill in the right; on the right is the Amitabha Buddha in the Western blis world, sitting with his hands folded on his feet, and there is a lotus platform in his palm, indicating the meaning of attracting all sentient beings.
There are two Bodhisattvas in front of the third Buddha. Next to Sakyamuni Buddha are Manjushri Bodhisattva and Puxian Bodhisattva; next to the Pharmacist Buddha are Sunlight Bodhisattva and Moonlight Bodhisattva; next to Amitabha Buddha are Guanyin Bodhisattva and Dashi Bodhisattva. On both sides of the hall, there are statues of eighteen arhats.
The solemnity in the hall made Shifang and Bian Susu can't help but have admiration.
And the three saints of Mount Tai have no feeling at all.
Those patients escorted by Shifang are lying flat under the statues of eighteen arhats on both sides.
Xuanwen was taking the pulse of these patients. Xuan Kun asked, "Brother, what is the cause of these people?"
Everyone heard Xuanwen speak for the first time: "The three souls and seven souls are locked and can't be resolved."
Xuan Kun nodded and asked Xuan Sheng, "Will you recover after I recite the scriptures?"
Xuansang said, "That's what the devil said. If you don't believe it, ask the Shifang boy."
Xuande scolded, "Brother, don't talk nonsense. How can the head brother not believe your words?"
Xuansheng scratched his bald head and whispered, "There are many times when you don't believe it."
Xuan Kun turned around and said to several monks, "That's it. We should recite the scriptures and recite the Buddha, so that we can save these people from the sea of suffering as soon as possible. If the Lord of Shifang and others are all right, why don't you listen to Sanskrit?
Shifanghe Shi said, "Thank you, master." He sat cross-legged on the futon. Bian Su saw it and sat down next to Shifang. The three saints of Mount Tai are everywhere, regardless of others.
Xuanshuang said, "I'll call some disciples who can read the scriptures." With that, he ran out.
After waiting for a while, many monks led Xuans down to the treasure hall.
Xuan Kun said the general idea, and the monks said yes one after another, so they sat cross-legged on both sides.
Xuan Kun came to the middle of the hall and took out a wooden fish from his arms. Bang knocked and said, "In order to get rid of diseases and demons, we should also practice ourselves when we recite the Great Sorrow Mantra for three days." After saying that, he knocked on the wooden fish and opened his mouth to spit out Sanskrit.
Many monks below seemed to open their mouths to recite at the same time, and Shifang would also read this scripture, so they followed: "Nan Wu, drink, drink, doro night..."
Although Bian Susu has also read the scriptures, he has not recited them, so he can't recite the scriptures, but listening to the body and mind is ethereal, extremely comfortable, so he closes his eyes and listens.
In the early days, the Three Saints of Mount Tai listened to it interesting, but later he felt boring. It was all those syllables over and over. After whispering, he walked out of the Daxiong Hall.
In this way, at night, Shifang felt numbness in his buttocks. He opened his eyes and moved his lower position. Looking left and right, he saw that many monks were also forced to recite scriptures, and some were solemn and tireless.
Looking back, I saw Bian Susu, and saw that she was looking at herself with a pair of big eyes. Seeing herself looking at herself, she smiled mischievously.
Shifang smiled, thinking that the little girl came all the way here with herself, and took good care of herself and the three saints of Mount Tai along the way, but there was no complaint, which was also valuable. He took out "Zi Ru Yun Jian" from his arms and handed it over, and whispered, "There is nothing left and right. Look at this book."
Bian Susu was overjoyed and hurriedly took it over. He looked at a few pages, pondered for a moment, and then ran cross-legged according to the above-mentioned practice.
Shifang felt that the numbness of his buttocks had disappeared, and he closed his eyes and recited the Great Sorrow Mantra.
At night, the wind was cool and the stars were sparse, and the candles were not lit in the hall. The moonlight reflected through the door of the hall, and a holy light was sprinkled.
The Sanskrit sound echoed in the Tianyin Temple, as if it were the singing of heaven and earth.
Unconsciously, the morning of the second day has arrived. The light of the rising sun replaces the moonlight and drives away the cold air all night. The grass outside is covered with shiny dewdrops, and the world ushered in a brand-new day, and in the Daxiong Hall, the Sanskrit sound is still the same.
The Tao is persistent, and the Tao is persisting. After a night of chanting, Shifang not only does not feel tired, but also has more and pure spiritual power, and the whole body is warm, as if it has infinite vitality.
This kind of vitality is internal, not the spirit of jumping around, but the fullness of body, mind and soul.
Shifang stopped chanting the scriptures, opened his mouth and spit out the urity in his body. Looking back at Bian Susu, he couldn't help but be slightly surprised.
It turned out that the little girl seemed to have practiced a lot of spiritual power overnight, breaking through the second layer of the practice period!
Shifang originally planned to send these people to Tianyin Temple and then return to Wanya Mountain, but when they enter the treasure temple, it is really like the couplet outside the Heavenly King's Hall: it is more difficult to go down the mountain than to go up the mountain. When I come here, I don't want to leave immediately.
Now after listening to the Sanskrit sound day and night, I feel more comfortable and don't want to leave. Seeing that this Sanskrit sound was beneficial to Bian Susu's practice, he simply dispelled the intention of leaving.
At noon again, Shifang began to be a little unable to sit still. Seeing that Master Xuankun and others were still chanting the Great Sorrow Mantra with the regular tapping sound of Muyu, they shook their heads secretly, thinking that their determination was really much worse than those of these masters.
At this moment, I found that a glance came, and Shifang looked along the feeling. He saw that Xuanwen was grinning at himself.
Shifang smiled, and Xuanwen said secretly, "If you are bored, you can go out for a walk."
Shifang shook his head and closed his eyes to recite the scriptures.
When I opened my eyes again, it was already the sunset. Now the ten directions really couldn't sit still any longer. I felt that the spiritual power in my body could not calm down, so I had to get up and walk out of the treasure hall for a walk.
As soon as he got up, he heard that Susu behind him also followed him. Shifang smiled, and the master and apprentice walked out of the treasure hall.
When he came outside, Bian Susu took a long breath and said with a smile, "Master, my disciple seems to have made some progress in listening to the Sanskrit practice."
Shifang looked at it with divine consciousness. As expected, it had reached the second level of the practice period. He nodded and smiled, "It seems that you are really suitable for cultivation."
Bian Susu said happily, "Then did the master promise to accept me as an apprentice?"
Shifang did not answer. He walked slowly on the Qingshi Road and said for a moment, "Miss Bian, to tell you the truth, I am a troublesome person. If you really want to practice, I can introduce you to a few master people. If they are willing to accept you as an apprentice, it will be much better than following me."
Bian Susu's eyes turned red in an instant. She lowered her head and said, "If the master refuses to accept me, you don't have to say these prespenses. The disciple will walk home again."
