They can only lift the "connate" restriction with "the acquired" (i.e. the true self) to create a second self and achieve the eternity of life. Tuoba Dacheng Lao Xianchang specially reminded under the door in the "Yu Xu Secret Record" that before refining the "three souls and seven souls", all the applied "equipment" must be used for self-defense. Otherwise, the "boulevance" will eventually be difficult.

There is a saying of "Refining the Virtual School": "If you don't refine your soul, you can't make immortals", that is to say, from the "Yuanshi Tianzun" to the seventh generation, you have practiced the "three souls" and become "god" with the "true self". The three souls are "god soul", "form soul" and "qi soul". Seven souls are "happy soul, anger, sadness, fear, thrill, sadness, and thought." Dugumei Shengxian grows up in the Outer Baby True Sutra. The summary mentions that the "three souls" are a separate "spirit body" for people, and the "seven souls" are more scattered. If the "three souls" are integrated, it is objectively difficult to attach the "seven souls" to the human body. Maybe people will think it's nonsense. However, some of the things in the world cannot be discussed in terms of common sense. The virtual school not only opens up a road of "becoming a god" and "becoming an immortal", but also a "shortcut".

It is commonly said that the three souls are: one day soul, two earth souls, and three souls. Seven souls are: one soul is the sky, two souls are spiritual wisdom, three souls are the spirit, the four souls are the strength, the five spirits are the center, the six souls are the essence, and the seven spirits are the spirit. The saying of the three souls and seven spirits of the virtual school is different from the usual saying.

Poor Tao believes that it is difficult to have the "True Sutra of the Baby" without the "Secret Record of Refining the Virtual", and it is also difficult to achieve the "Secret Record of the Practice" without the "True Sutra of the Baby". After reading the formula, the "true language" is used to urge the original to form a slightly triangular shape behind the person, about three feet away, and the "three souls" that are close to each other slowly close to each other; and make the disorganistic "seven souls" attach to people one by one. The true self is what people call the "yuan god", that is, the second self referred to by the "refinement faction". "Fake me" will not only not "feather", but also increase life expectancy. Of course, "fairy" is not a matter of saying. He got it through hard practice and testing. For example, Tuoba Dacheng in the Record of Refining the Secrets. In the Taoism, it is said: "After the cultivation of the true self, he must test his skills. Let the 'true self' enter the 'Palace and Temple', receive incense from all directions, occupy the 'divine platform', and be worshipped by thousands of people. If the 'true self' is not driven out by God, it proves that the Tao is at the beginning. Tuoba Dacheng's words are easy to say, but if you want to do it, it depends on your true Taoism. When the "true self" first came out of the "Niwan Palace", it was like a puppet and had to be commanded by the "fake me". However, after making up for it with Jingyuan through the "Heaven Gate", he is not only like a puppet, but also has more action and courage than "fake me" a hundred times, or even a thousand times. Even thinking and emotions are only slightly lower than "fake me". Speaking of this, according to Dugu Meisheng in the Outer Baby True Sutra. As mentioned in the Abstract, "If you suddenly find that the Yongquan acupuncture point is sore and numb, at this time, the 'true self' has been free from the control of the 'fake self' and let go freely. It must be recovered immediately after being identified by the fontanel gate. The "door" is also called the "top door". It was washed away with internal air before the "three souls" were refined. The fontanel is a sensory acupuncture point that receives external information and is reflected in the brain. That is to say, people who practice must have internal air to open the three acupuncture points such as "Spel Gate", "Life Palace" and "Jade Pillow" as a way to defend themselves, so as not to be fooled and violated by external demons. After identifying the "true self", open the "Tianting Cave" (Baihui Cave) and take it back with "Niwan Palace". However, this refers to the fact that in general, if the "true self" is detained by foreign demons or other evil gods and evil spirits, it will be rescued by fine qi, or the "true self" will be rescued by "spirit" through "spirit". Of course, this has to disperse the "seven souls" and refine them. But you can't disperse the seven souls unless you have to. If you meet the "Five Emperors", it will be even more troublesome. It is necessary to be able to urge the "Jigong Cave" to urge the "Jushi Sword" and think in his mouth: "... If there is a god to fight against it, take off his head and hang up the divine platform..." to save the "true self".

So this is the reason why the virtual school must refine the "equipment" before refining the "three souls".

The "Refining Void School" does not use the "Jade Void Order" when it is life-or-or-death. "double practice" is also a way of "refinement of virtual school". However, it is not within the scope of individual practice, but a method of "couple practice". The image shown by Tuoba Dacheng Lao Xianchang in the "External Baby True Sutra" complements each other by guiding yang, guiding yin with yang, guiding the vein with Renmai, and guiding Ren veins by guiding Ren veins; then with the left yang and right yin, left yin and right yang, and labor palace to transport dragons and tigers, fighting and poles to exchange qi... and achieve the "god" to become "immortal". However, there is still a rule: "Don't marry without a virgin." That is to say, it is best not to marry a woman who has been married to practice both.
