Daoshan is divided into "Xiaodao Mountain", "Middle Daoshan" and "Da Daoshan". There are 72 mountain roads in Xiaodao Mountain, 108 roads in Zhongdao Mountain, and 3600 roads in Dadao Mountain. To become a god and an immortal is the pursuit of every Taoist, and the same is true of the virtual school. Regardless of the rain and snow, they sit on the cloud bed every night, with their legs staggered, holding Tai Chi in their hands, facing the north and absorbing the spirit of the "Arctic" without interruption. The time should be centered on 12 p.m. If you practice for half an hour, you must start at 1145 and harvest at 12:15, which is convenient for yin and yang.
When refining the work, the essence sinks, and the turbidity rises to release. The essence is as small as silk thread and slightly cold, but it turns warm after entering the Dantian.
"Essence" goes straight down, turns to the "tail spine" rises along the "du vein" to "Baihui", turns to the "Ren vein" goes straight down to "Xian Dantian", and "Xiao Zhoutian" is self-contained, which is called smooth; for example, the " essence" rises from "lower Dantian" to "Baihui", goes straight down the "tail ridge" along the "du vein" and turns to "Ren vein" rises to "lower Dantian". It is called "retrograde". Retrograde is used to check whether the "small Sunday" has passed.
In order to confirm whether the spirit of "star and fighting" has been collected, Dugu Meisheng Lao Xianchang hints the cultivation person in the Abstract of the Outer Baby True Sutra. If there is an image, even the supreme "god" and "immortal" can be killed by the yin and yang sword. In this way, people may mistakenly think that the "refinement faction" is arrogant and selfless. Therefore, the poor Tao has to explain that in addition to not allowing any "god" and "fairyfairy" to get close to them when practicing kung fu, they not only respect God, but also bowed three times and nine times when they see God.
The power of "fake me" has been refined to a higher level, and the "real self" has risen a circle in the hill. After the power of "false me" reached its peak, it was then used as the size of cultivation.
"Is it easy to guard the three ghosts, close the stars, illuminate the body outside, the Dantian inside, and drink in the middle? Is it difficult? Yi Jianfang becomes Daluo!" Although there is no "Kundao", it also mentions the way of cultivation. Before refining the "three souls and seven souls", Kundao must cut off the "red dragon" before practicing the "true self". Otherwise, the "road" will eventually be difficult. To cut off the red dragon, you have to inhale and refine it from the "General Taiwan". At the same time, when the red dragon is in the tide, you can't enter the divine hall to "madow the ancestors".
However, the "refinement faction" believes that the "dry road" must not cut off the "white tiger". White tiger can not only replenish the abundance of energy, but also use it to supplement the "spirit" as a wonderful use of "human and god unity" at a certain time. However, we must not confuse "the unity of man and God" with "the unity of heaven and man". Man, "false me"; God, "true me".

"Dadao Mountain" is like a pen in the sky, with clouds and fog around the mountainside. In modern language, it is described as "inverted galaxy". But there is nothing difficult in the world, but I'm afraid that men are not full of heart. I sat with my feet wrapped around my left palm up and put it on my left leg. Put the right palm down and put it on your right leg. So it was replaced the next day. Then make a living by "opening a hole" and closing the "fifty-six palaces", and absorbing the qi of "three stars", and focusing on the qi of "upside down" yin and yang... At the same time, we should also pay attention to diet, we must eat both meat and vegetables, so as not to lack qi and hinder cultivation (Dugu Meisheng's long-hand book "On the General Theory of Immortals on Food").
Speaking of this, Tuoba Dacheng Laoxian stressed in the important book of the Waiying Zhenjing that there is a seal of Fuxi's "demon" on the top of Da Daoshan. After reaching the peak of their skills, they must not move their seals. If they move their seals in vain, demons will also bring themselves no illusions.
The "true self" pursues replacing the "false me" with the "true self." Driven by the "fake self", after climbing the "Da Daoshan", it has become a "fairy" that transcends the mortal world, is immortal, and comes and goes without a trace.
Although the "true self" has become a "fairy", it must be controlled and cannot be made a free and unrestrained "fairy" Otherwise, after 120 days, the "fake me" will "feather". In other words, the "true self" can only leave the "false me" within eighty-72 days. If it is more than 73 days, it will be difficult to recover without the "jade false order". "I visited West Lake and Guilin, and returned with good wine. It is better to understand the Xuanmen theory than to recite ten thousand scriptures by the mountain family." This poem is just a heartfelt emotion of poor Tao's envy for "fairies". However, although the "fairy" has reached an unfathomable height in people's minds, it still cannot be compared with the "god." God is the supreme one who transcends nature and suppresses all things. Of course, this refers to "respecting gods" rather than "sevil gods", "human ghosts and gods", let alone the "god" for all things.
"respecting God" is achieved through further cultivation after the great success of the "Da Daoshan" road. However, the "respecting gods" are divided into several categories. Except for the "Yuanshi Tianzun" who breaks through the "chaos" and lives in the "Qingweitian", other "respecting gods" are determined by "cultivation" and live separately in the "nine palaces and eighteen halls" to master the operation of heaven and earth. Therefore, "fairy" cannot be compared with "god".
The word "immortal" refers to the "god" and "immortal" cultivated by people, not everything else. Such as birds and beasts, insects, snakes, turtles and clams, mountain stone ancient trees and other Taoist "fairies".
It's easy to learn Taoism, but it's difficult to understand Taoism. But there is nothing difficult in the world. If a practicing person eliminates all distracting thoughts and has no desire to do anything, he can become a "god" and an "immortal". But then again, if there is no guidance and teaching from a wise teacher, no matter how smart you are, where will you "cultivate" and "understand"?
When practicing, the "virtual school" pays more attention to the place of practice. You can't practice your skills in places where there are dragons, tigers, lions, elephants and other local veins, and turbid qi, so as not to fall into "ghost immortals" or "demon immortals".
There is "ji" in the south and "fighting" in the north. This sentence is about the "true self". That is to say, whether it is "Dadao Mountain" or "Xiaodao Mountain", after the "true self" rises to the peak, you have to use "ji and fight" to refine it. In order to pay homage to the ancestors of "Qingweitian", after the "true self" became immortals, they adjusted the tiger white and raised the dragon string, and then assisted with 24 gas to open up the "Dandao Zhoutian" through the staggered operation of the two veins of "Ren and Du".
"Dandao Zhoutian" is an indispensable procedure for refining into a "aura". A little carelessness during the refining process will cause paralysis of the lower limbs. According to modern procedures, medical personnel must be on the side before it can be refined.
"Inverting yin and yang" has become a common word in people's daily life. The "Refining Virtual School" happened to borrow it. After the "Dandao Zhoutian" was refined, it used "true language" to urge the two qi of yin and yang to reverse and refine it.

Seizing the creation of heaven and earth will become immortality, and the final success of the Tao will become the "true self" will become the "god".
Poor Tao is neither a great refiner nor a great immortal. Like the princes, he is just a lover of cultivation. Whether there are immortals in the world is unknown; it is even more unknown whether people can cultivate into gods.
